“We stayed in a room with 2 beds and a sofa bed to accommodate all my family members. The sofa bed mattress smelled like urine, so we just put the couch cushions on the floor as a makeshift bed. I told the desk clerk about it at checkout, who took my info and said he would have some reach out to me to make it right. This was a week ago and nobody has contacted me yet. The continental breakfast was also quite lackluster compared to other Holiday Inns I've stayed at. It also hardly had that was...

“Breakfast was weak, but for the price of the room, it was OK. Parking was good. Room was clean no coffee or laundry bag. There was a small step up to the ice machine room. I tripped on it, fell cut my arm, and busted my knee, No I did not report it to the management. I will not return because they refused to give me a receipt for my stay!”

“Except for the entry and the lighting in our room, the facility was very nice. Birds have commandeered the overhead at the entry. They had built nest in the overhead and were protecting them by flying in and out while pooping everywhere. Also the lighting our room was very poor. Trying to apply makeup was a guessing game. Please install a brighter light in the ceiling in the vanity portion of the bathroom. The staff were very courteous and helpful.”
