“The Hotel is a typical Holiday Inn, clean and simple…but what we didn’t like was the breakfast. No choice, for 4 days the pancake machine wasn’t usable for unknown reason.. This aspect must be improved. The pool need to be cleaned more ..”

“The hotel was not in an area where there were a lot of shopping or restaurants nearby. There were a few, but it was not in a metropolitan area - which was fine for us. We were going to visit friends nearby and then to Washington DC for a visit. The outdoor pool was closed, unfortunately. Breakfast was just okay. Processed eggs were fine, if you aren't picky. There was a DIY waffle maker. There were two sets of washer/dryers. Two ice machines and a couple vending machines located in a separate...

“Overall, the hotel was quite clean, the continental breakfast was satisfactory, and the staff was very friendly. However, there appeared to be an issue with a sewage odor in the bathroom. After showering, a strong smell would develop, which made it necessary to keep the bathroom door closed in order to remain comfortable in the room. If it weren’t for this issue, I would have rated the hotel much higher.”

“Room was clean. Heating/AC unit rattled constantly while heating, was fine while running. Parking lot was posted "park at your own risk." Not exactly reassuring, consider putting the parking lot under camera surveillance and posting as such.”

“Room was dark, had popcorn ceilings and somewhat clean. Definitely needs some TLC to help upgrade. There were some hairs in the tub and needed a refresh. ”

The breakfast staff was accommodating, but the hotel staff was checked out, not really engaged in what they were doing, rather indifferent. The hotel lacks clarity on how their amenities are accessed, ex. Wifi, having room made up, getting fresh towels etc. ”

“TLDR: Over $700 in surprise charges after a weekend stay; poor, untrained staff and unclear parking/incidentals policy. I was charged a $40 incidental hold and told a $10 parking fee applied for the whole stay; staff didn’t collect vehicle details or provide explanations. My keycards later stopped working; the desk shrugged it off as a “new system” and said it would “probably” happen again. I checked out by 10:56 AM but found over $700 charged to my card by 3:00 PM. No manager was available on...

“Breakfast was great, staff was great, facilities were clean. I'm only complaint is that my room was missing forks from the kitchenette and hand soap from the bathroom upon check-in. Very quiet, despite proximity to I-95. Would stay here again.”
