Hotel sulla spiaggia a Lower Seabright

“This Vrbo needs upkeep. There’s mold on the heaters so we didn’t turn them on, lots of ants, and flickering lighting. When I tried to communicate with them about my health concerns I was never answered even after patient attempts. The location is great though and would a great place to stay after it’s had maintenance. It could use more cozy dining chairs instead of cold metal too. And better communication when there’s a problem. ”

“Overall the room, bed, amenities, etc. were average but when I tried to shower in the morning there was no hot water and nobody working on site to help. Very upsetting. I believe it’s posted as a 16 minute walk to the Santa Cruz Boardwalk but when I mapped it, it was double that so we decided to drive and it was in fact very far away.”

“Joe is a superb host--very friendly and helpful without intruding and accommodating when we unexpectedly needed a key for the cottage.The place was clean and bright and had what we needed for lots of cooking and eating there. Some rentals are sterile, and this had color and decor that made it feel warm.Our favorite feature is the little seating area outside. We enjoyed it multiple times. “Rooms were nice; beds were a little too firm. The pools are nice; there wasn’t a bar open at the pool but they had a service option although it took an hour to be delivered. The hiking paths were a fun thing to do. ”

The location is perfect for reaching the main beaches at a walking distance. I’ll definitely stay here again. Special mention to the staff for their kindness!”
