“The property has many problems, like limited space for breakfast, the continental breakfast was not real, and the food is ok. The property is understaffed, it's just one person at the front, who cannot help you with anything. AC was weird does not really do the cooling. Compare to money I don't think its a good choice.”

“You get what you pay for is what my husband said to me. I had to laugh because he was right. The staff was friendly though and tentative. So that was a plus. We checked in to our room and realized that the door doesn’t have the chain lock. So we felt weird and put a chair to block the door knob. Then I went to shower and the shower head wasn’t working. “It’s an older property and the bathrooms need to be updated. Painting the original Pink Tile white is Not an Upgrade. The Room was Ok it wasn’t great. But it’s Not expensive either for being in Los Gatos so that’s a plus. Thomas H.”

“Sadly- things just didn’t go smoothly. Air conditioning in our room was not working- we were offered a fan the first day. However the next day I asked the maintenance guy himself and it was fixed in 2 minutes. Power went out in our room one morning from turning on the hair dryer. We were told maintenance wasn’t in yet so no one could flip the breaker. Room keys reset 3 of 4 days. “Clean and nice grounds for the hotel. Would've preferred a room facing the interior pool and gardens rather than the freeway but still not too bad. Was told the EV chargers were non functional on check in but one still worked so two cars could charge.”
