Negative complaint was the hair on floor, sink, and toilet from previous occupants. Positive complaint was disposable plates, napkins, and utensils were available for customers.More hotels should provide these things.”

“The entire place is brand new. The rooms, the hallways and the lobby a beautiful. The beds are comfy and the rooms are 100 percent clean. 10 out of 10.”

“The hotel had so many amenities and it was next to the Pickle House where you could play pickleball for a small fee pp. It was clean and very comfortable.”

“The inn was lovely except the breakfast was not very well looked after. They ran out of coffee and told us they couldn’t make more because they didn’t have any. What? There weren’t basic things like silverware, salt, butter etc that were missing. On a Sunday morning they had no valet to help us get our luggage from the third floor or get our car. It is a lovely, expensive place. Attention to detail was missing.”

“The location is good. Not sure what type of clientele stays here but the ones there when I was there were rude and I considerate. One night there were people in the next room over partying and talking loud from 2-4:30 am and the following night people were leaving their rooms and letting the doors slam. Has an old school hotel feel with loud heavy doors, thin walls and slow elevators that ding loudly when they hit your floor. Could hear everything through the walls - the elevator, the cars...
