“Our room was quiet and kept clean. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was varied the 6 days we stayed there and presented attractively. My only complaints were no grab bars in the shower and the toilet stool was very low which made it difficult to rise from.”

“We appreciated the excellent front desk staff and the upgrade to a first floor suite; however, the “bedroom” of the suite was right above the swimming pool, where kids, teens, and adults were creating a lot of noise all the way past 10 PM. It was extremely difficult to get any sleep, and especially troublesome for our tired toddler after a long day. The hotel needs to enforce better time rules in regards to evening hours for pool usage. Everything else was fine.”

“The only chairs in the room were stackable plastic and metal chairs. No other chairs to sit on. The bed was not the normal mattress-gushy or something. The staff was hard to understand. The check out guy wasn't going to give me a receipt - I had to ask and he seemed miffed that he had to do it.”

“If I could have given this hotel 12 stars out of 5, I would have! I honestly doubt that the Ritz in Paris has more gracious staff. Everyone from the housekeepers to the front desk was warm and welcoming and helpful. I stayed for three nights and felt like I was staying at my auntie's grand house.
