“It's a clean hotel, useful for travelling lodge. Esay to fond, just close to a US1 exit.”

We were in town for a Lax tournament and the room above ours had unsupervised children that were banging, jumping, and screaming for hours. We endured it for roughly 2 hours before we called the front desk the first time. They said they would talk to them. No behavior changed. My husband then went down 45-60 minutes later to speak to the front desk, they offered us points, but...

“AC was broken in common areas and not expected to be fixed for days. TV didn’t work in our room and front desk told us there was nothing they could do. Also, they ran out of pillows.”

“Room was clean and spacious. Staff brought us extra towels just a few mins after calling to request more. Very helpful with restaurant recommendations in the area also.”

“The room itself was ok but there isn’t much in the room, quite literally a fridge, tv, bathroom, bed and chair. Pretty simple and was ok but apart from the actual room it could help some better smell and cleaning.”

“The hotel was good but there were people next door having a loud music like around 11 pm my kids couldn’t get to sleep until a fight it out with next door room we call 3 time to the lobby and they didn’t do anything about it not even when up to see what was happening besides they give us a connecting room and that made me feel unsafe we didn’t notice until we were already set so overall the hotel didn’t make me feel safe on that sense.it was clean and very nice place besides that inconvenient”

“Room 141 has a broken microwave, the person in the office checked it and said he would check the storage room and exchange it, he never came back. The room had an odor, the plugs to charge our phones didn't work, we had to flip the switch several times to get the light on, water pressure wasn't strong and mattresses were not comfortable.”

“We had a girls trip planned and I made the reservation because of the pool and the included breakfast. And for the Comfort Inn name. I thought it was a good value. NO! The pool was green. There was a bagel Left in the toaster from that morning’s breakfast and when we down to look at the breakfast options, there was not much available. There was tissue in our peephole on the door. The security lock was broken. The wall was spackled but not repainted. The bathroom had mold in the tub. Not sure...
