“Pool was ice cold - we were only staying one night primarily to go in the pool and we were unable to do so. Very disappointing as we have stayed here many times and haven’t had an issue. ”

Several times she didn’t even respond when I asked to clarify something. We had traveled 13 hours and were exhausted. The breakfast waitress was very sweet and we loved her. “Pros: -The room was a great size. It fit my whole family, comfortably. The couch is like a trundle bed which was a great plus. -The beds were comfortable. -You are right across the street from Sesame Place. So you can walk over and save on parking. -There are multiple restaurants near by -They have a pool and gym, but we didn't go check it out. Cons: -The wall was dirty. -We couldn't control the temperature in the room. -I requested a bottom level as I have a busy toddler and they couldn't...
