Hotel a Lowgap

“Property on had 1 Handicap room ..booked reservation over a month ago. given a std room that bathroom couldnt be used by handicapped spouse =>with walker. walker wouldn't fit in bathroom door. UNSAT...was told handicap room room was already booked.. stayed there 4 nights. after 2 nights Handicap room became available. Bed was a full *for 2 people and bathroom toilet was right up against the wall leaving an awkward way to try to use bathroom..again especially with a walker. UNSAT Very...

“DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! I have never given such a bad review, however, I have never stayed in a place so awful! There was a gap at the bottom and along the side of the door through which we could feel a cold breeze. All the furniture was beaten up and stained, the bedding had cigarette wholes, the drywall in the bathroom was crumbling, the smoke alarm had been removed, the smell was disgusting. If we were not desperate for a place to stay we would have left.”

“sheets were dirty. switched rooms. employee at the counter looked dirty and unkept. this is the face of your business. he was a mess. stayed there last year and it was fine. this year totally different opinion. ”

“Clean and quiet room. Comfortable bed, good shower water pressure. A/C worked well. We didn't have breakfast ”

“Under significant renovation, pool closed and construction dust and debris all over the breakfast area, unhealthy and unsanitary. We paid extra for the pool which has obviously been closed for a while. We also picked a hotel that offered breakfast which we couldn’t risk eating. Man at the front desk could care less and told us if we had any problems with the pool closed to call Expedia. This hotel should not be offered on Expedia.”

“Needed somewhere clean and safe to stop in middle of long road trip. This was quiet, staff was very polite and efficient, and overall it was a great value. Has a very simple breakfast bar (cereal, juice, coffee); well lit parking lot, etc. One note: we were told the room had queen size beds, and they were definitely full. ”
