“My stay was very pleasant. The hotel was clean, and the location is excellent since it is inside Alamedas mall. The staff was very friendly, especially Jesus, who helped us with our luggage. The air conditioning stopped working at some point, but the hotel promptly accommodated us in another room. Breakfast was delicious and the restaurant staff were kind and welcoming. Luz Marina, one of the managers, was especially kind and friendly, and made us feel at home. I strongly recommend this hotel.”

“Property was great before but now is in quite decay condition starting from rooms and social areas, etc. Front desk staff Mr Richard exceeds in Custommer attention. AC was fine.”
