Questo adorabile cottage è a soli tre isolati dal campus ed è nel miglior quartiere di Lubbock! J & B Coffee, Capital Pizza e un negozio di alimentari del quartiere sono tutti a pochi isolati di distanza. Solo un isolato dal parco Tech Terrace, che offre una fantastica pista per camminare. La cucina è ben fornita di tutto il necessario, così come la lavanderia. Questa casa comprende parcheggio fuori strada e un grande cortile dove è possibile giocare a ping pong o cenare all'aperto. We had a wonderful stay! The house had so much character and was in our favorite part of Lubbock; Tech Terrace. Just blocks away from campus and blocks away from beautiful parks. The house was so cozy and clean and the hosts were quick-to-respond and friendly! When we come back to Lubbock next, we’re hoping to stay here again!

I really enjoyed this property. It was so close to Tech, the neighborhood was so nice and quiet and well kept. The home itself was the perfect size for me and my daughter. Clean, well stocked, comfortable. All around an excellent experience! I will be booking this property again.

We loved our stay! This home is so cute. It had everything we needed. So cozy! Loved the Buddy Holly decor. The backyard is great with the ping pong table and sitting area. All the little extra amenities were an added bonus to make our stay more pleasant and comfortable… from bottled water, coffee and creamer, breakfast items, to toiletries like lotion and makeup remover. We hope to be back again and again!

Great location, clean and comfortable.Refrigerator was a bit small and the freezer wouldn’t even hold a bag of ice. We are a little private so we put a towel over the back door window for privacy. Good selection of pots, pans, baking sheets, dishes and silverware. We enjoyed the quiet!!!!! Christmas tree was perfect!

We needed a place to stay while visiting for a TTU Tour. This house was close to the University and near many eateries too. The house was clean, adorably decorated, and in a great neighborhood! Check-in was a breeze! We would definitely recommend to family and friends.
