“Great stay. Nice and comfortable room. Lots of breakfast options. Will definitely stay here again!”

“Desk staff/manger very rude the room was not up to par when explaining the reason why we were departing early the response back from the manager was didyou call the front desk to address the issue. Which we were in the midsle of getting ready and did not have time to sit around dor thinga to get fixed. The manager did not offer to put us in another room. The out come was a charge for early departure and if we wanted to make a complaint to go ahead and for us to leave ”

“breakfast was ok, they kept running out of food & utensils. coffee machine wasn't working. elevator buttons were very hard to push. ice machine only worked on 1 floor out of 4. ran out of hot water every morning. Hair was on bathroom floor. Exterior doors very dirty ... probably not cleaned in months. Hallway had dirt / trash on floor, elevators not clean. I won't stay there again. owned by foreigner and they are just milking the property.”

“Only reason I didn't give a 5 was that you have to ask to have trash and towels handled each day. Otherwise, great place to stay.”

“Worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. My room reeked of mildew. When I requested a room change, they sent me to a room that smelled like paint that was drying. I tried asking for a refund and they ignored me. ”
