Resort a Lubbock

“Upon arriving we got stuck in the elevator for 30 minutes. The poor front desk lady was trying to help us, she thought we got out so she turned off the elevator. We were in there with no air and without the ability to press the alarm since the power was out. Thank goodness our cell phones worked in there. The hotel is really run down also.”

“Loud, unprofessional, poorly stocked, uncaring, dirty. The fire alarm went off in the hotel (with a blaring speaker in our room right over the bed) during the middle of the night BOTH nights we were there: for 48 minutes non-stop minutes the first night, then for a couple minutes the second night. Everyone went down to the lobby in their pajamas. Not a single announcement was made. I asked for a reason when I checked out and kindly asked if there was any compensation for the late-night...

“The property personnel were helpful, especially the proprietor who was on duty all 4 days of my stay. My room was very dusty. I have videos showing the extent. The bathroom had numerous cracks in the grout on a number of places, forcets on shower fixtures ,cracks in the toilet seat questioning the spread of infectious bacteria. The toilet grout at the base was cracking leading to overflows of fluids from showering. I do have pictures and videos of these areas as I was disappointed in the upkeep...
