“Not the best. It was good. Clean but not fancy”

“They only had one staff person on site at check-in. We waited nearly 15 minutes, rang the bell twice, called the main line and received no answer before grabbing the keys that were left out and letting ourselves in our rooms. When he came back, he was kind, but he should not have been the only employee on site. ”

“EVERYTHING at this hotel was horrible, from the minute we walked in the door to our room it smelled like and ASHTRAY.... Mind you it was a no smoking room, door to bathroom, and front door would not stay closed or locked. The smell was sooo bad, if I could have canceled most definitely would have. The carpet all ripped up, will NEVER stay here again. ****SAVE YOUR MONEY****”

“Don't judge a book by its cover. The building' look from outside isn't too convincing. By the time we entered the front desk, the smellbwas clean and fresh. The frontdesk staff is polite. The room we stayed was clean, including everything in it (beds,carpet, floor, bathroom, refridge, etc). AC is working well. Breakfast: fresh banana n oranges, coffee, juice, cereal, oatmeal, breads, yogurt, and waffle. The hotel is easily to access from main road. It's only 4 mins away to the AT&T Stadium...

“Staff was a bit standoffish at check-in. We felt like we received a “less than” greeting since we’d booked through a 3rd party. The staff member told us due to “the type of booking,” we weren’t eligible to PAY for an early check in. This was at 2:30. Official check in was at 3. 30 minutes later when the magical time hit, we were informed of the $18 amenities fee.
