“Amazing Hotel and super friendly and professional staff”

“The location is magnificent, the check-in and check-out operations are fast and smooth. Unfortunately I expected more from my room: it was totally different from what shown on the website. It was really old in furniture, bed and doors. Windows only were ok. The toilet and shower were in different spaces, with the need to go across the whole room to reach one from the other. Having one night only, all this didn't affect my stay... but, generally, I would prefer that the pictures on the website...

“Hotel basico e un po’ datato ma confortevole e in pieno centro.Pulizia eccellente.Self check-in molto facile e veloce.Parcheggio comodissimo.Ottima la colazione in una sala tutta nuova.Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo.Lucerna una scoperta inaspettata:un vero gioiellino!”

“Hotel is clean with an a/c to be proud of..it cools unlike other hotels' a/c we've been to in Switzerland (we were there in July '26 during a heat wave)! Great location; close to the train station and many attractions that is Lucerne! The staff are so helpful and really went out of their way to make us feel welcome and at home. We will be back not just for the above plusses but also because the staff really made a great impression on us. Thank you, ladies, (stayed July1) for your hospitality!...
