“The rooms we're clean and spacious.the pool being closed without notice when we arrived.”

“Nice being on the first floor close to a door by the pet area. Room and bathroom were clean. Hotel does not seem that old, room was much better than other places I've stayed for same price. Room is a bit small, but is good for an overnight stay.”

“They have 24hr room service (we didn’t use but I thought was nice) the room they gave us when we got there smelled like smoke. Let them know and they moved us no problem. Very nice place and wonderful friendly staff.”

“Property was fine. A little frustrating that the online check in prior to arrival stated check in was at 2pm, however, when we arrived at 2:30p, we were told we could not check in until 3p as there were no rooms clean. Very happy with the price. The staff was very friendly. Easy access on/off the toll road.”

“Our four night stay at the Avanti House in the Kellogg Room (room#7) was amazing, they had everything we could need including private bath, common rooms, and kitchen with toaster oven/microwave, and everything you need for coffee/tea and snacks”

“Expedia should have notified us that the property was undergoing a major renovation and whilst the rooms were complete the rest of the property and amenities were a construction zone.”

“This was very easy to get to right off the exit. The room was a nice size for all we needed. Everything was clean and appropriately stocked with enough towels. The breakfast was plenty with several options. Nothing was out of stock and the staff even came around offering food in case anyone wanted anything. The staff was friendly to work with. A very nice place to stay and sleep and re energized.”

“First we paid and booked a room with a patio and pool view and got a regular room. And then the room we received had leaked terribly by the window and ceiling and found this out by stepping on wet carpet and could not take our shoes off our use that side of the room! Then we went for quietness and people were partying and lighting fireworks off at the hotel all night i could have stayed home for that!!”

“Room was clean and queen beds were nice. Bathroom sink frequently backed up and two of the lights were burned out. Hallway carpets were threadbare and upturned ends were peeling away from the walls, giving the entire hotel a much more disheveled look than it probably deserved. Breakfast was very good for the money (free). Air confining in room worked well but traveling partner said it frequently felt excessively humid to him. (It did rain on and off during our stay.)”
