“Great location, walking distance to train station and downtown shopping/restaurants. The service was great and the breakfast was good. The hotel seems to be in the process of renovating. Our room was comfortable though the mattress was a bit hard for my taste. Slept very well though.”

“As a first time user, pleasantly surprised with the quality and convenience of this Easy hotel. Will definitely use again when next visiting Ipswich. We chose a room with a window (frosted glass), so can't comment on how it would feel if windowless. Room compact and fine for a short stay (we stayed 2 nights). Good temperature control. Lots of breakfast options nearby, so the fact that this is not provided is not problematic. ”

“Could do with a bit of a paint but generally very clean . Breakfast very good . Staff brilliant and helpful. Used this hotel several times in the past and would definately use it again. Pity they couldnt stop the rain during our visit 😁”

One window had a crack in it and there is no double glazing so the road outside was noisy. It was very hot, but we kept the windows closed to try to reduce the noise (no aircon).The staff were very helpful however (having moved us from a different room as the bathroom light wasn't working in that one).”
