Welcome to Fireside Modern! Centrally located in the Town of Luray, our home is a short 3 min drive to the Luray Caverns, Main Street, groceries, and restaurants. Relax by the outdoor fire place and enjoy the basement game room together.

The home includes 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and sleeps 8. The backyard features a year round hot tub, fireplace w/ seating, a charcoal grill, and an outdoor dining table.

Once settled in, take advantage of the fully equipped kitchen, dedicated dining area (sits 8), or lay out in the oversized living room and watch a movie with the kids. For family movie nights, we have a dedicated basement movie room and arcade games the kids will love.

We are proud to offer a brand new hot tub (seats 6), a charcoal BBQ grill (charcoal not provided), and a lighted fire pit area in the backyard of the home. The backyard is also fully fenced (great for dogs), offering privacy from the neighbors.

*NOTE FOR HOT TUB* - we drain and refill the hot tub reguarly for your health and safety. The tub may not be fully heated until the first morning of your arrival if we had to drain it the day of your arrival.

2. Pets are allowed but must be listed on the reservation. There is an additional cleaning fee involved. If bringing a pet, please update the reservation.

3. We drain and refill the hot tub regularly for your health and safety. As noted, the hot tub may not be full heated your first night if we had to drain and refill it the morning of your arrival.
