Very nice warm welcome and good communication.........but.................
Apartment was definitely NOT 'luxury'!! We went in January so it was cold at night. When we arrived around midnight, the apartment was FREEZING, and there was one small electric heater for the whole 3 bed apartment which we were told should not be left on during the night. No heaters in the bitterly cold bathrooms - tried to have a bath after water heater was left on all night: water ran out very quickly, so sat in 2 inches of luke warm water washing hair with cold water.
There was only half a roll of toilet paper between three people, the duvets were very poor quality, the kitchen was dirty (under the sink disgusting), balcony door couldn't be locked - security risk.
Moved out after one night and checked into hotel.
