“We booked the room through Expedia, but due to unforeseen circumstances, we needed to cancel our final night's stay. We tried 24+ hours earlier, but were told to do it the next day (as we were leaving). The staff denied our request- we ended up paying for a room we could not use. NOT RIGHT, NOT FAIR! We tried, Expedia tried, crooks!”

The building generally needs fixing up and modernizing, but it was acceptable to me because I just wanted an affordable place to sleep overnight. The desk guy was nice and very accommodating. Breakfast was decent and most of it was unofficially available even though we had to check out at 5:15 am.”
