The Space:

Welcome to your private lakefront escape on beautiful Lake Lyman! Perfect for large families or groups looking to relax, reconnect, and make memories on the water.

This spacious home comfortably sleeps up to 15 guests (12 in beds + 3 on couches) and is thoughtfully designed with two full levels of living space, making it easy for multiple families or generations to spread out and enjoy time together. With 2 full kitchens, 6 bedrooms, and four full bathrooms, getting ready for the day is always stress-free.



Upstairs

The main floor features:

-3 cozy bedrooms: one with a king bed and private en-suite bathroom, one with a queen bed, and one with two twin beds

-An additional full bathroom for the queen and twin rooms to share

-A full kitchen, dining room, and spacious living area, great for gathering over meals or movie nights

-Walkout access to the upper deck with lake views, a fire pit table, multiple grills, outdoor seating, and umbrellas for shade, ideal for sunset dinners or morning coffee overlooking the water



Downstairs

Head downstairs to find:

-3 more bedrooms: a king room, a twin room, and a private suite with a queen bed, its own living room, and a kitchenette, perfect for anyone needing a bit more privacy

Paddle Cove – Hot Tub Instructions

Welcome to Paddle Cove! Please follow these guidelines to keep the hot tub clean, safe, and enjoyable for everyone.



Before You Enter

• Shower or rinse off to remove lotions, oils, and sunscreen.

• Do not bring glass containers into the hot tub area.

• Children must be supervised at all times.



While Using the Hot Tub

• Do NOT add any chemicals. The water is professionally maintained.

• No drinks should be spilled in or around the hot tub.

• Avoid using lotions or oils while in the tub.

• Do not adjust equipment or settings beyond the simple temperature controls.



After You’re Done

• Put the cover back on and latch it securely after every use.

This helps maintain heat and keeps debris out of the water.

• Make sure all personal items, cups, cans, and towels are removed from the area.



Damage & Fees

• Any misuse or damage to the hot tub, cover, or equipment will result in a $500 damage fee.

• This includes (but is not limited to): broken/lost cover, contamination, spills, added chemicals, or altered equipment settings.
