“Great motel if your looking for a really inexpensive motel for the night before heading to the airport. I do not like the reception lady that wears a headscarf and alot of eyeliner and makeup, she was so rude, unfriendly, snobby, looked at you like we were dirt- a real yucky lady! She would be my only complaint, I mean take a job on customer service when you hate people. She has never smiled once!”

“We stayed at the hotel for a few hours before catching our next flight. The airport shuttle service was excellent quick, well-organized, and easy to find.
The room, although small, was comfortable and suitable for a short stay.
Unfortunately, we did notice some issues with cleanliness: there were traces of toothpaste and a few hairs in the bathroom, presumably from the previous guest. A bit more attention to cleaning, especially in the bathroom, would greatly improve the overall experience.”

“La posizione dell’hotel è strategica per visitare le attrazioni principali della città. Tuttavia la camera presentava capelli in bagno e la moquette non pulita.
Del reato “you get what you pay”. Stiamo due notti e non ci viene rifatta la camera per motivi non ancora chiari.
La hall, nonostante sia confortevole, sembra un luogo in cui si rifugiano anche alcuni disperati in cerca di calore e bagno.
Note positive: la camera, anche sé piccola, ha un balconcino vista Sky Tower e c’è la possibilità di...

“Reception staff were very welcoming, friendly and most importantly their smiles seemed genuine. Instructions for the basement car parking was made very clear. Note to management: give the girls a nicer uniform, make it modern and get rid of the grey colour. The girls smiles made up for the dull uniform.
The first room I was allocated, was clean but the bathroom door was not hung well. This created a wide gap between the wall and door whereby personal privacy in the bathroo was an issue....
