Enjoy a beautiful, fully furnished apartment in this booming neighborhood with excellent public transportation. No fewer than one metro station and two tram lines are just a stone’s throw away. Shops and restaurants are also right nearby. You’re just 15 minutes from the very heart of the City of Lights, the cultural capital.

I’m offering you my own apartment when I’m away. Located on the 3rd floor without an elevator, it has been completely renovated and is very functional.

The following amenities are available:
- Wi-Fi (via Freebox fiber)
- TV (with Netflix)
- DVDs and Blu-rays suitable for all ages
- a large, bright, open-concept living area with a double sofa bed (140x190) and a fold-down bed (140x190)
- a large, fully equipped open kitchen
- dishwasher, washer-dryer, oven, large refrigerator with freezer (rarely empty), induction cooktop, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster
- intentionally mismatched dishes and kitchen utensils, my usual seasonings and condiments are also at your disposal
- a dining area with 1 table and 3 chairs
- a shower room with a large sink, hair dryer, and small space heater
- a separate toilet
- iron and ironing board (upon request), a vacuum cleaner, a mop bucket, and my cleaning supplies are also available for use

Upon arrival, you’ll find in the apartment the necessary linens to make up the bed(s) based on the number of people indicated on the reservation, one bath towel per person, and a bath mat. You’ll also have access to rolls of toilet paper, shower gel, and shampoo, as well as my dish soap and a sponge.

I’ll be happy to provide you with a few coffee capsules or tea bags upon your arrival.
