“Good to stay here”

“The staff is great! The rooms are clean and breakfast was good. However I booked 2 rooms specifically because they offered indoor pool and jacuzzi and they are closed! There was no information via Expedia or the hotel website. We had no notice that the pool and jacuzzi were not available ( we would have gone somewhere else ) this was a gift for myself , my daughter and her husband and our night was ruined. The front door lady said there was nothing she could do because I booked via a third...

“The resort is well maintained and the staff are friendly and attentive! Our family had a great time in the pool area and loved the evening s'mores! The food was a little pricey, but tasted great with large portions. We had issues with the room TV not working and the shower leaking onto the bathroom floor. A manager offered to move our room and refunded some meals for our inconvenience.”
