“My favorite hotel in Detroit. ”

“This room had roaches crawling around i checked out with in an hour ....did company ask you for a refund on room because i asked and she told me that third will refund me ....”

“My room was clean and the staff was nice”

“Struttura decadente, ascensore rotto, manutenzione scadente, posto rumoroso, colazione pessima, personale apatico … non saprei immaginare qualcosa di peggio.”

“Great hotel for a business stop over. Spacious room to work and clean and quiet. ”

“No cleaning service during the stay. Bathroom paint job was pretty bad considering the recent renovation. Maybe the repair was incomplete? There is an energy saving power shutoff system that dropped the temperature at night. I suggest they put an information card or sign up to explain how it worked because we were just guessing.”

“Rooms are old and smells of muffle. Found many mosquitos in the bathroom. Absolutely needs refurbishment ”

“It’s ok, it’s was convenient but they definitely need to update and upgrade the rooms”

“The room door was broke would not close all the way asked for another room it smelled totally horrible like dog ”

“There are washers and dryers on second floor. Washers $3 load, small top load, washers are filthy, smell like mildew and take extra quarters, staff dont help. Dryers are same $3 some take extra quarters, dryers do work. Dont ask for Quarters or any Change from Desk They Will Not Give you Quarters or Change.”

“Hotel staff was very kind. The room was very nice and my stay was peaceful. However, this reservation was supposed to have been cancelled as I ended up having to pay again when I was told when I arrived that Expedia wouldn’t allow check in for 6 hours after I arrived so I cancelled this reservation and paid again in person at the site. Still awaiting a refund ”
