“The staff was very friendly and helpful anytime I needed help/had a question. If it were just down to that alone, it’s be 5 stars. I had an OKAY stay… the elevator needed a good vacuum/sweeping. Every time I was in there it was really messy. During my 5 day stay, on day 3 I had a family with multiple children above me playing parkour it seemed… I didn’t complain or asking to move because it would’ve been a hassle. What really stood out was how friendly and welcoming the staff were—they made check-in smooth and were always ready to help with a smile. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, and everything I needed was available. Overall, a very pleasant experience, mainly thanks to the excellent service. I would definitely stay here again.”

“I made a last minute booking for a 2 night stay here and was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It is relatively new so I was immediately relieved as I have allergies and can’t often tolerate some of the older hotels. The front desk employee Ciara was lovely and efficient. She was very helpful and answered all of my questions. I lost my room key while running around and she remembered me immediately and easily able to set me up with a new one.”
