“Soap dispensers were empty. I requested replacement and never received one. Asked the second time the next day and the receptionist brought it to me and there were no other supporting staff to assist her. Only one waiter in the restaurant. Menu is not great either.”

“The staff was very friendly and helpful anytime I needed help/had a question. If it were just down to that alone, it’s be 5 stars. I had an OKAY stay… the elevator needed a good vacuum/sweeping. Every time I was in there it was really messy. During my 5 day stay, on day 3 I had a family with multiple children above me playing parkour it seemed… I didn’t complain or asking to move because it would’ve been a hassle. “There was mold all over my toilet seat. The laundry facilities were hard for me to get to as I am injured and wearing a walking boot. I cannot walk that far therefore I could not wash my clothes at the facility.”

What really stood out was how friendly and welcoming the staff were—they made check-in smooth and were always ready to help with a smile.
