“You Tube streaming did not work- kept freezing - very frustrating”

“Several groups of children occupied the hotel. Many roamed the halls unsupervised. So it was a bit loud if your were trying to get to sleep early. No upset, children will be children. Just thought since there were several quiet time postings throughout the hotel it wouldn't be so loud after 10pm. Issue with my room. Staff moved me to another one no problem. I was grateful for that.”

“Just a horrible experience ”

“There was mold all over my toilet seat. The laundry facilities were hard for me to get to as I am injured and wearing a walking boot. I cannot walk that far therefore I could not wash my clothes at the facility.”

“Overall, it was a good experience not bad.”

“Rooms are old and smells of muffle. Found many mosquitos in the bathroom. Absolutely needs refurbishment ”

“Soap dispensers were empty. I requested replacement and never received one. Asked the second time the next day and the receptionist brought it to me and there were no other supporting staff to assist her. Only one waiter in the restaurant. Menu is not great either.”

“I love the Hyatt Place hotel. Rooms are clean and nice, affordable and the breakfast is good too.”

“Didnt stay as i checked in and saw the.room and the property i HAD TO CHECK OUT AND ASK FOR REFUND .THIS PLACE iis very old.and smelly. DOESN'T MATCH THE PHOTO ON THE EXPEDIA WEBSITE!!!! ”
