“Property was ok. Renovations being done. No restaurant and A/C heater had issues. Little overpriced given all this was happening in the background. ”

“The Toowoomba Motel is okay for an overnight stay. It's in a quiet location and close to cafes and a petrol station. I arrived to find the bins in the room full. I also found the mattress and pillows to be too firm for me, but the linen was good. The tv stations were all pixelated. The staff were friendly and check in and out hassle-free.”

“The plumping needs fixing. The shower squeals and has very little pressure, the hot tap in kitchen needs a new washer. The pillow situation is strange, they are two in one and super thick, and no spares for us side sleepers! The single bed is completely bowed in the middle. The kitchen was great but I still wouldn’t stay again. ”

“I liked the ground floor position for easy access And fiund tge unit very spacious. The bedroom was large with anotger tv and ensuite batgroom. Loved the spar bath a luxury item. Podition close to good Chinese restaurant in close walking distance. Gold Club abd eateries 5 mins away. Staff cheery and I wad pleased I arrived at 2 pm as the empty spaces filled up by 6 pm. Recommend for the above.”

“Room spotless, good size and great attention to detail, eg, clothes drying rack in shower and full size appliances in proper kitchenette area and great sized bathroom- definitely our favourite stopover.”

“The room was very clean and all though at the front of the building street noise was minable . Parking is a little tight but fine for a small to medium car. We would certainly stay there again. ”

“Room was small but suited the purpose when in a bind. Food was good & staff are easy to get on with. Gets a little loud at times but that comes with the territory. It meets the standards that you would expect when staying at a pub. Friendly atmosphere. I would recommend this place if you are looking for somewhere to lay your head & get some shuteye for a reasonable price.”

“I only slept there. I was in town for an afternoon/evening event. The bed was comfortable and the AC was really good. The room was definitely clean. My only issue was the water pressure in the shower but, wasn't bad enough to make an issue with the management. The management made check in very easy. I had to collect the key before the room was ready, as my event wasn't due to end until late and started before the scheduled check in time. Very friendly staff and worked with me to make my...
