“Amazing stay. Room was very spacious, very clean. Hotel itself was able to keep all lobby area clean given amount of people present. I have to say that the front evening staff was absolutely amazing, helpful! Would recommend this hotel and look forward to staying there again.”

“Would not read my receipt that showed 3 rooms were booked and kept saying only one room was. He didnt read and see the other 2 names. Only looked under my name because I booked the rooms. Would not give the other 2 booked rooms the price Expedia booked them for. One door key I was told to leave at the desk and go to them when I need in because it was a special room with only one key that could not be lost. I had to ask for pillows for the bed. Clerk let me know how much trouble it was finding me...

“The best hotel stay we have had. It was very clean. The staff were very helpful. Really loved the full kitchen in our room. Mike was the breakfast chef and went above and beyond. I have a food allergy and he was very kind and helpful helping me find food to eat. I have never had this kind of customer service. I hope Element recognizes the quality of person that they have in their employ. Element will be my go to from now on.”

“Breakfast was OK, but that is the only upside to the hotel. My room smelled horrible. While sheets smelt cleaned the were very stained up. The hotel was having issues with their key system and a random person was able to unlock my door and enter. When I talked to the front desk they said they are having issues with the system but we are in a safe area so it should be fine. Other guests were complaining about the same issue. Two days into my 5 day stay the elevator broke down and was not repaired...

“Excellent location. It would have been a 5 star stay. The problem was that there were multiple teenager athletic teams staying there. They were extremely noisy, running up and down the hallway yelling and making noise like crazy. At one point during the evening, they opened a fire door somewhere causing the alarms to go off. Everyone had to evacuate their rooms. All of this of course does not reflect badly on the hotel or the staff, which were top notch. I would however maybe monitor...
