“Rooms are clean”

“Would not read my receipt that showed 3 rooms were booked and kept saying only one room was. He didnt read and see the other 2 names. Only looked under my name because I booked the rooms. Would not give the other 2 booked rooms the price Expedia booked them for. One door key I was told to leave at the desk and go to them when I need in because it was a special room with only one key that could not be lost. I had to ask for pillows for the bed. Clerk let me know how much trouble it was finding me...

“The breakfast was very nice. I like a hot breakfast in the morning with different variations of food especially since I’m lactose intolerant. I don’t eat much but it was very nice that they had almond milk, and even hard boil eggs so I could have have eggs without cheese in them. The staff running the breakfast were so kind and professional. I would stay here again for my sons baseball tournaments”

I have had continental breakfast that was rolls, cereal very little to pick from. This motel has sausage biscuits and gravy. waffles, juices, coffee,tea, fresh fruit.”

“There was some confusion with my reservations online, and I was unable to contact a human being at the hotel to rectify the situation prior to check-in. Expedia made an attempt but was told they were unwilling to make any changes. The hotel receptionist was helpful in keeping me in the same room both nights, but there was no adjustment for the additional cost, and two rooms for two nights ended up costing me an extra $62. It would have been very helpful if the refrigerator had had a freezer...

“Nice clean room”

“Upon arriving to the room, it smelled like Snoop just left. We set our bags down and we noticed that the door looked like it had been kicked in once. Deadbolt wouldn’t work, door could be pushed open. The cigarette would burns in the bathroom were a great touch. Room looks nothing like pictures. Not so super.”

“If the room (#204) had been spotless I could overlook how run down it was. The sheets had to be changed due to them being stained. I didn’t use the blankets because they were also stained. The lamps were caked with grime and the room smelled like old cigarettes and chemicals. The sink faucet sprayed out in four separate ways due to it likely being completely clogged. I booked based on other positive reviews and have to assume my standards for cleanliness must be much higher than those who said...
