Situated on 25 picturesque acres of land, vacation cottage features a variety of amenities that make it feel just like home. On the doorstep to Algonquin park & North Bay with beautiful South river running through it. 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath sleeps 10+.

Fully equipped kitchen with smart appliances (Fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave) & small appliances like toaster, oven toaster, air fry, coffee machine, Keurig, Sandwich maker, George Forman grill, Ninja juicer & chopper etc. It comes with all dinnerware, glassware, stemware, cups and silverware.
All bedrooms have comfortable beds and beddings including sheets, pillows & covers, duvets and throws. Bathrooms are equipped with Towels. No need to bring your own. The upstairs relaxing area boosts Wooden carved furniture with an equipped library for all tastes and a number of games to enjoy with family and friends. A Bose Bluetooth speaker to stream your music. The downstairs recreational area is equipped with a latest 75" TV with a sound bar and subwoofer. Experience your movies in theatre sound or just listen to music using Bluetooth. It also is equipped with a beautiful full leather recliners and a table tennis table.
The wrap around patio is equipped with a BBQ station with a BBQ machine, a cutting and washing station, an outdoor fridge and out door conversational furniture to let you relax, breathe in the fresh air, taken in the sun and just enjoy the beautiful view of the South river.
There is also a fire pit to relax and spend festive nights outside. Take in the open star filled sky and tranquility.
U-shaped driveway with enough parking for free on the premises.
The cottage has a full washer and dryer onsite for your use, just bring your own detergent.
We have also setup a small Gym in the cottage with a bench and weights, resistance bands and yoga mat.
Bring your kayaks, small boats, travel the south river, enjoy fishing and/or take a dip in summers. Go through 19 Acres of woods and trails on the property and explore nature around you.
This facility is professionally cleaned and maintained on a weekly basis.
This is a smoking-free and pet-free facility.
Just 3KM off the HWY 11 exit 289. Parking is free onsite.
