“Room was only cleaned twice over five days so no tip deserved. Hotel rooms should be cleaned everyday we aren’t in a third world country. Phone didn’t work in 309. Staff took three to five days to refund deposit. AC was. Ot explained but on fourth day I figured it out. Angry customers carrying on in hotel office over damages they didn’t do. ”

Friendly and professional staff at the front desk, I had a minor maintenance issue with the door of my room that was immediately fixed by the staff. ”
