The heater was broken and it was cold Friday night but the owners did what they could with extra space heaters to try and keep the place as warm as possible in light of missing replacement parts. I was dealing with the same issue with my own heater at home and understand the frustrations. They were accommodating when I needed to return because of something I left behind. Very cute home! ”
