“New Harmon Loop Hotel is in an excellent location if you wish to be away from the beach. The room was very comfortable, bathroom is in great condition and spacious. The staff - exceptionally amazing. They truly make you feel as you are home away from home. There are several food selections below the hotel and in the surrounding area. Whenever visiting Guam, this will be my top selection! Great job NHL!!!”

“The staff there were pleasant and helpful when they could. That being said, this hotel did not match the pictures at all. Room was dark and gray and the bed was very hard. When we asked for 1 extra pillow, they said they didn't have any more. (There's a Kmart, like 2 miles away, so it's not like they didn't have the opportunity to get any.) I knew that there wouldn't be any breakfast, but there wasn't any coffee anywhere, not even instant coffee in the room. We had to go to a restaurant down the...

“The royal orchid, one hotel has always been my go to hotel when visiting Guam. I have noticed over the years that the hotel is that a rundown state. Upon check in I was greeted with a very warm and welcoming staff. Very kind and professional. We checked into our 1st room (#636) as we started to settle in I saw a small roach on the floor and killed. When I opened the refrigerator to place beverages multiple roaches of various sizes came out of the cabinet the refrigerator was in. I immediately...

“The room price was fair. As soon as I entered my room, it had a sewage smell in the entrance and the smell got stronger throughout the night. I would probably not stay here again. But you can’t beat the price. I was only there for a couple of hours to rest and clean up before a flight.”
