“建物は古く、ドアの建付けも悪くなっているところが少しありますが、清潔感は保たれており、問題なく過ごせます。 清掃のタオル入替えで、枚数が足りなくなっていましたが、フロントに連絡すればすぐ持ってきてくれました。 何と言っても、タモン市街地の中心にあり、ビーチもすぐそばで、オプショナルツアーが終わった後も退屈せず過ごせますので、オススメです。”

“I am from Guam and stayed at the Guam Hilton for the New Years holiday. I was very impressed with Guam's very friendly and welcoming island culture. Just about everyone was smiling and genuinely happy to see me. There only a few that didn't acknowledge me even though I said "Hello" but maybe they were having a very bad day. The housekeeping was especially courteous and I admired their professionalism. Room was very nice and clean. ”

“The customer service here was EXCEPTIONAL! Every single person was helpful, had a fantastic attitude, and was very kind. One of the front desk staff even gave me a hug when she found out I was home because my brother passed away. I work at a Forbes 5 star resort in San Diego and the service here reminded me of how we run our operations! The rooms are very clean and kept clean, spacious, ”

“It is not a resort hotel. If you want a good place to stay at a reasonable cost this is it. You will need a car - parking is free and available. Attractions, restaurants and shopping are nearby. I've stayed at this hotel many times and have never felt less than safe.”
