“Clean room”

“Staff was great! Room was clean, I requested a crib and it wasn’t just a pack and play, they provided a much better crib and more comfortable. Our beds were very comfortable as well. Mathew is the front desk was very attentive too. Would definitely stay here again.”

Un po' fuori mano come locazione Avuto solo sorpresa con terzo letto che era un divano molto scomodo e abbiamo dovuto prepararlo noi in quanto mancvano le lenzuola e il cuscino Il cuscino che ci avevano dato era sporco di rossetto e abbiamo dovuto cambiarlo”

“Although the staff was nice : I have to say the hotel is so outdated . My shower smelled like pee . The carpet was wet from them shampooing.. The curtains had mildew… the breakfast was precooked food that required warming to be edible… this wasn’t my favorite stay.”

“It was an okay stay. I expected a bit more of the room quality for the price. I was on the second floor, which seemed nice, but there was a smell of moisture. When I first got into the room, it still smelled of moisture, and the carpet was damp enough to wet my socks by walking a few feet across the floor. I stayed four days and room service never collected dirty towels or changed the sheets. Overall it was a roof over my head, but I would choose somewhere else next time or ask to change rooms.”

“Clean rooms. The indoor pool was ice cold, no heater. The breakfast was cold.”

“My technicians belongings were removed from his room and placed in an area where general public had access to. And eventually stole his stuff. We asked the manager for an explanation on why his staff would not have secured his belongings and he had no answers for us, no recourse offered. He filed a police report and was then asked to leave the property. I will never stay there again or recommend otherwise.”

“Frig and microwave in spacious room. Cold breakfast available. Coffee in room and lobby. Vending and ice machine in lobby. No pool. Lobby bathroom out of order. I’d stay again. ”

“Property had recent flood damage and extremely loud remediation fans were on all night long in the hallways. Room smelled like a wet dog and like the previous guest smoked in it. Walls and doors had animal scratches all over them. Do not stay at this property”

“Rooms are not clean. Parking lot doesn't feel safe. Breakfast area is unhygienic”

“Great location. Nice quiet room. The bed are comfortable. Close to the interstate. Pool was closed for storage while remodeling the rooms on one end. We will be back to stay again.”

“The staff was just as disgusting as the hotel itself. No customer service at all!! I stayed there all of 1 hour while I looked for another hotel. Absolutely disgusting”
