“The room was clean and comfortable. House keeping were so nice especially Suzanne. Reception was terrible, don’t have the basic of hospitality and how to be welcoming or of help with situations. In general, if you want to be around old down town and see the real Alexnadria, you can benefit from the location but rather than that, it is not the best place to enjoy a good, comfy and quiet stay. ”

“Hotel in godd position near the sea , at the end of the cornice street and for that no many noise. I went in the Gym but no any service ,the guy incharge for the gym even not say good morning just talk on the phone all teh time , on workman come in the room and begin to paint , I ask if was possible to wait I finisch to run ,but he don t speak English , in the while the guy incharge for the gym may scare I ask his help disappear , not glass in the gym for drink water for that I want two time in...

“The parking was 10min walk Staff wasn't helpful Bathroom sink was clogged There was nothing in the room at all, not even drinking water. Even in the bathroom, there was nothing. But I asked them for soap, and they brought it when I requested it.”

“I have never received such a kind and warm attention from the employees. The last day, my flight was late at night. They saw me waiting in the lobby. Very tired after a day of work. They invited me to rest in a room until leaving for the airport. Never happened to me to be offered this without asking .... !!!”

“The fung shut of the rooms needs work, too much furniture happening. The floor was not clean, and some of the amenities need to be updated. Otherwise it was a lovely unique place to stay. ”
