The economy room was small but fitting very cute size for 2 people, we did have a problem with the stove lighting up but after doing it with a lighter it was fine. “The room lacks amenities. A descent sets of pots n pans would be nice. Remove all broken pots n pans including aluminum trays from cupboards. Clean cupboards of droppings from roaches. Fix broken fridge door n spray paint rusty spots. The front n balcony doors needs some loving. A deep cleaning on all the surfaces in n on the property (washroom door n balcony doors) is much needed. Overall, its a great space, however, it has fallen into disrepair n requires care. ”

They downgraded my Room because what I booked wasn’t available and have refused to compensate me the difference. “I never got to stay at this property, although my credit card was billed to stay at this property. I was redirected to another motel (Sandcastle Resort) in the area due to no availability. The hotel I was redirected to was clearly not aware of my reservation or my presence. Nothing in the room was prepared for guest arrival.
