“You need to know that for late night check ins you must go in through the pub. It's a little worn out but not the end of the world. Shower tap handles fall off. The sofa bed mattress is in terrible condition. Everything else is fine for a budget. Air con worked, not too noisy, large enough. ”

“Had a fantastic stay at Punthill Sunshine. The room was huge and spotless, with a very comfortable bed and a great shower. The kitchen was well-furnished, which was a nice bonus. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and I really appreciated the complimentary still and sparkling water. Highly recommend!”

“Good stay for just overnight, had most of what you need, except toothpaste. Toilet seat was not on properly and didnt even fit the bowl evenly. Otherthan that it was fine overall for just one night. Staff were great, very polite.”

“Excellent docklands location, Pool was wonderful, customer service was good except the staff member on the buffet breakfast, he was outstanding, really friendly and explained everything available to us, was very warm and welcoming. Everything was pretty clean and the pool was wonderful. Only feedback would be to ensure the pool lounges have been cleaned of mess in the afternoon and the check in staff should let people checking in of the promotions available for guests to take care of eg 50%...

“The room was prepaid at a rate of $150. However, when I arrived, the clerk charged my card an additional $170, saying the room had not been paid for and that they needed to check my card details. I explained that the booking had already been prepaid, but the charge was still processed. I returned to the desk to resolve the issue and was told the payment would be refunded, but it could take up to seven days.
