“Quaint cottage style rooms that looks like it’s from the 60s or 70s. Rooms come with a kitchenette, cutlery, plates, and fridge. Bathroom shower is literally just a walled off portion of the room without a door or even shower curtains. No towel rack next to the shower so I draped my towel over the back of chair I dragged into the bathroom. No power outlets next to the bed, one of the bedside night light quartz bulbs was burnt out. Large Samsung SMART TV was a saving grace. Wi-Fi was adequate but...

“Room was clean and facilities provided good. Good value for the price we paid. The staff team and owner were really friendly and made us feel welcome. Need a car to get to the caves, but these were then quite accessible. Generally all good, and would stay again.”

“It was a Terrible experience with Expedia even tho I saved a few dollars. I couldn’t get assistance from Expedia compounded with heavy rain during an evening check in. I ended up paying an extra night upfront just so I can stayed away from the heavy rain during my stay as it was unsafe to drive.”

“We got the ship room, with balcony - quirky but very dated. The lower part of the boat is quite humid - at night you must close all windows unless you want milllion bugs in your room, so no way to sit outside and enjoy the stars but during the day the views are so pretty. Overall, fun for the kids , clean and ok for 1 night, expensive though ”

“Arrival & Atmosphere We arrived around 3 PM and check-in was smooth - there was one staff member at the front desk who was expecting us. However, the resort felt unusually quiet, almost empty. During our stay, most facilities appeared closed, including dining and the spa. It’s unclear whether these are only available in peak season. We did notice a couple of staff cars later in the day, but overall the property felt very inactive. Facilities & Amenities Some amenities were either unavailable or...

“Friendly staff, nice room in general. Getting to the facility was difficult due to recent traffic changes. Despite instructions, I got lost almost every time returning to the room. Bed matress was very well worn, body indents present on each side, probably time for a refresh. Pillows were flat. Large roach in the shower and bug bites while in the room, hopefully just mosquitos.”

“This was such a clean and well looked after accommodation. Check in was a breeze, the cleanliness was great and to top it off, I got to pat a fluffy cat. My son was thoroughly impressed with having his own tv. ”

“The room was nothing like the photos, there were large stains on the floor. It wasn’t the cleanest. On the photos the carpet was newer and there was an aircon on the wall which seems to have been placed there for the photos. No smoke alarm and the tv had no channels. ”
