Rooms need some serious work, they are very outdated and poorly maintained, although clean enough. Bring your own pillow if you plan to stay, beds are uncomfortable. Back ache every morning. The lock in the window in the bathroom was broken as well as there being bugs in the bathroom. The pools were closed for chemical treatment, which was not told to us or posted anywhere before checking in, I was still charged the full “resort fee”. When I called to talk to someone I was hung up on by the front desk and they blocked my number so I can no longer call. "Clean, still trying to find my perfect room there, close to the elevator is on the noisy side. And being from the West coast, 11 am check out is 8 am to me, that sucks when you are on vacation! They graciously gave me a later checkout (noon/9) it's an old place, I love it there, but it has it's problems, ..."

"Okay experience for a 2-star hotel. My main gripe was that the key to my room took several tries to open and also once did not work on the side entrance. Wifi was not able to connect theough the website they said, luckily i did not need it. Breakfast was also apparently only available on weekends. ..."
