“Es war sehr unkompliziert und freundlich! Jeder Zeit wieder!”

“Ausstattung des Hotels sowie der Zimmer ist super. Die Lage ist eigentlich ganz schön, wenn einem nicht die Güterlok durchs Zimmer rauscht. Man sollte wissen dass Rheinblick bedeutet: toller Blick aber sehr laut... Was aber besonders negativ aufgefallen ist, war der Service. Haben 1 Std an der Bar auf Getränke gewartet und waren da nicht die Einzigen. Aber es fing schon an der Rezeption an, wo man uns als Expediakunden quasi abgestempelt hat und vor allen Anderen noch einmal drauf hinweisen...

“It’s a very quaint hotel in a medieval town. I would highly recommend staying at the hotel and in the town of Bacharach. It was very romantic. The rooms have been renovated fairly recently. Amenities are very limited in the hotel and town. There’s no pool or hot tub. But they do have a nice breakfast buffet. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There is no elevator and the rooms are on the second or third floor so be prepared to carry up and down your luggage.”
