“Proprio un peccato che alcuni dettagli trasformino un sosta potenzialmente piacevole in un “non ci tornerei mai più”. Iniziamo dal check in. "I frequently stay at your hotel and have always appreciated the quality of the service and the overall comfort, which is why it remains my preferred choice when I am in the area. On my most recent stay, however, I was assigned a room that differed from the one I am usually given, in particular as the bathroom did not include a bidet. As this is a feature I have consistently had in my previous stays and that I personally consider important, I kindly asked whether it would be possible to change rooms. Unfortunately, my request was declined. I fully understand that availability constraints may apply, and my intention is not to raise a complaint, but rather to share constructive feedback. Given my regular stays and loyalty to the hotel, I would have appreciated a bit more flexibility or, at least, a clearer explanation. I remain very satisfied overall and will continue to choose your hotel, but I wanted to bring this to your attention in the hope that it can be taken into consideration for future stays. No matter what we needed or what small issue popped up, they handled everything with extreme flexibility and a "can-do" attitude. It’s rare to find a team that truly makes you feel so looked after and peaceful during your stay. Room for Growth If I have to be honest and constructive, the restaurant area (specifically the service hours) could use a bit of improvement to match the high standards of the rest of the hotel. However, this is a minor detail when compared to the incredible atmosphere. Final Verdict In the end, it’s the kindness and the warm welcome that make the real difference here. The human touch provided by Sandra, Laura, and the entire team is what sets this hotel apart. We felt incredibly supported and happy. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a place where you aren't just a guest, but part of the family!"
