Felicity è un ampio e luminoso appartamento incastonato come un gioiello sulla Baia di Salicerchie.
Dotato di piscina privata con terrazzo e discesa al mare, Felicity sarà il posto ideale per farvi godere una vacanza in pieno relax.
Per raggiungere la proprietà è necessario scendere 80 gradini.
Per raggiungere la discesa a mare è necessario scendere 240 gradini.
Il centro del paese è raggiungibile attraverso una passeggiata di 15 minuti a piedi.

Felicity is a large and bright apartment set like a jewel on the Salicerchie Bay.
Equipped with a private swimming pool with terrace and access to the sea, Felicity will be the ideal place for you to enjoy a relaxing holiday.
To reach the property it is necessary to go down 80 steps.
To reach the descent to the sea it is necessary to go down 240 steps.
The town center can be reached via a 15-minute walk.

The property consists of 4 apartments.
The swimming pool is private while access to the sea is shared with the other guests.
Swimming pool available from the 15 of May to the 15 of October

    Giorgia was amazing from start to finish! Villa was as described and well appointed. The views were unbelievable and pool was very refreshing at the end of a fun, hot day. We hope to be back one day soon!

    We had a great time relaxing at the house. The pool and water were very inviting. The views were amazing on and off the water. Lovely area. Walking down to town was a nice walk. Back up is 300 ft - if you are not up for it. Arrange a ride. Host provides a car service you can contact and they are prompt. Many steps on the property. Not an issue for us - but suggest keeping luggage small.

    An epic view

    A lot of steps but so worth the view. We walked into town every day which was a little sketchy with the narrow roads but it only took about 15 mins. I woukd say the location was great. The area down below by the ocean had some seating for a small family. Jumping off the rock, looking at the fish in the water, so much fun. The host was easily reachable. It was a little expensive getting Aldo's team to drive us to town. 20 euros each way. Very pleasant though. All and all, this place is a win.

    Wonderful experience and location

    Great property in Maiori with a wonderful view. What really made the trip was our host Giorgia who was so accommodating with suggestions, recommendations and help coordinating both our car service from Salerno and a private boat tour of the Amalfi Coast. Wonderful person. If you want to base your stay on Maiori I would high recommend this property.

    Excellent property and just as beautiful in person as described. We stayed 4 nights, had plenty of room for all of us (2 adults and 2 kids ages 12 and 14). The private pool was what sold me on choosing this property. There are a lot of steps, so the previous reviews are correct, but it's worth it!Giorgia, the property manager was one of the best I have ever worked with. She was so quick to answer all my questions. She was very professional and offered contacts for our transfer from the train station, rides from town and a private captain who picked us up right at the base of our steps. This felt like concierge service.This was a dream vacation. After 3 nights in Venice, 3 nights in Rome, our final 4 nights of our Italian vacation were perfect at this villa. Thank you to Giorgia, Aldo and Fede for making our holiday epic!

    Best location in Amalfi Coast

    Great location in Maiori with the best view of the Amalfi coast. Maiori has the largest beach great restaurants and way less people than any of the other small towns along the coast. Giorgia is the property manager and is a great reference for your stay there. She referred us to a great boat ride and scoter rental company. She also does a cooking class at her home with her family and if you are looking for a unique experience hit her up for the class. We stayed her for 4 nights with another couple and had a great time! I would stay here again.

    Amazing Views!

    Giorgia was an amazing host! We loved Maiori for the wind down and Almalfi for the shopping. Giorgia made it for sure.....she was like a 24 hour concierge. (She even bought us bus tickets into Salerno when we struggled with the online app)

    Great views and a helpful hostess

    We had a great week at the villa! We loved going to cool off in the swimming pool and the public beach is also within walking distance. There are enough stairs, but it’s worth taking it in terms of fitness 😊. Parking is a bit difficult, but Aldo drove us whenever needed (for a fee) and our car stood in the parking lot for a week. It was convenient to visit Amalfi, Minor and Positano by ferry.

    Fantastic holiday full of great memories! Giorgia, was easily contactable, supporting us with all our needs, it is impossible to find criticism of her kindness and willingness to help 10/10. The accommodation had beautiful views at a wonderful location but not suitable for anyone who is not fit and able bodied. There are a lot of steps and a busy narrow road without a footpath down to the town. If you don't mind the steps and walk then I would highly recommend this holiday location.

From day one of booking Giorgia reached out and helped with sooo many things; pick up from airport, dinner reservations, boat tours recommendations of things to see and do, and best part, pulling off a surprise visitor for me!!     Excellent stay at a Beautiful location

    Host is a wonderful and friendly woman. Very easy to communicate with and very helpful with information on local attractions and things to do and see. She even left my wife and I a complimentary bottle of Prosecco.House itself is located a short (15-20 minutes if youre slow like me) walk from town, nestled between beautiful homes, lush green hills, and surrounded by lemon groves. within walking distance of several amazing restaurants. Its just far enough out thats its peaceful and quiet. Heavy traffic on the main road by the house so take precautions. Also, parking can be somewhat difficult as there is no dedicated private parking for the house. (not a problem, just something to keep in mind)Clean, Beautiful, well stocked with everything a person would need. The pool was clean and satisfactory. 10/10 will stay here again when we return to the Amalfi coast.

    Fabulous view and lovely village

    We stayed in Maiori for 10 days this Spring. Giorgia could not have been kinder, nor the apartment more lovely. The unit is spacious and airy, overlooking a quiet bay with view of Maiori and Minori. There are 3 bedrooms and 2-1/2 bathrooms, huge dining and living room. The only issue would be the stairs, which is usual on the Amalfi Coast. If you have mobility issues this area is not for you.

    Lovely stay in an amazing place!

    First, Chiara was wonderful during our stay. She was attentive, kind and helpful. She helped arranged some reservations for us and drivers. I would caution you to bring a car bc the spot described might not be a available but Chiara helped with organizing a spot for us. Also not that to get to the main downtown area, you do need to walk along a beautiful road but at first we were scared to do so. We got a lot of exercise and great family in with this walk! Yes, there are steps but this is the amalfi coast so we were prepared. Pack light ❤️ we can’t wait to come back to Maiori. The most charming town and host.

    Better than the pictures

    The Villa is beautiful, clean, 3 spacious rooms, huge bathrooms, and equipped with the things we needed- bonus ice already in the freezer!!! Spectacular views, private pool, and stunning beach nearby. Maiori is quaint and so much quieter than Amalfi or Positano, a hidden gem. Communication with Georgia was easy and quick from beginning to end. FYI’s if you’re unfamiliar with this area. The roads are a little scary and parking is only on the street and scarce. We chose to valet the car, walk or take taxis during our stay, about $30/ day and $12-15 taxi ride. Not a good place if you cannot climb a few flights of stairs with your luggage. Highly recommend this villa.

    Perfect, spacious apartment with amazing views of the coast!

    This apartment was absolutely perfect for our family of 5. It is spacious and has tons of great ammenities--AC, laundry, private pool, semi-private sun deck at water level for easy access to the ocean, and the views are stunning! The location is a short (10-15 min) walk to the little beach town Maiori, where there are tons of shops and restaurants. The walk back from town is uphill and takes a little longer, but isn't a horrible walk even going uphill. Top notch service from the property manager, Giorgia, who truly went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed, even after we checked out! She is a great resource for excursions, drivers, local restaurants, etc. She arranged our transportation from the Naples airport as well as to the Salerno train station when it was time for us to leave. This is a terrific property, highly recommend!

    WOW!

    First of all Giorgia was fantastic to work with! Whenever I reached out to her she got back to me right away. She was there when we arrived to let us in and show us around the place. We arrived from Rome by train into Napoli and she set us up with a driver Aldo. He was fantastic! Please ask for him if you need transportation to Maiori! The apartment couldn’t have been situated in a more beautiful spot. A quick walk into town to catch the ferry to go visit amalfi, Positano, and Capri or to eat dinner in one of the many delicious restaurants in town was very easy to do. Getting back in the dark I suggest a taxi or giving Aldo a call for a ride back. Great place to stay instead of the very busy towns along the coast. A truly unforgettable place!

    Lovely setting, but parking can be an issue

    Georgia is a great host, and very helpful with recommendations for restaurants and trips. Amalfi Coast is certainly beautiful, and the villa has a lovely outlook over the sea and mountains. A few things to be aware of: There are 127 steps to the downstairs apartment from the road. The swimming pool is actually more of a cooling off/paddling pool. Is about 3 foot deep for most od it: ideal for sitting in and reading a kindle, but not for lap swimming. Pool is on the roof of the upstairs apartment, so 44 stairs up to the pool from the apartment. There is very limited parking, so if you go out for the day, there’s no guarantee you will be able to park on your return. We found this the biggest drawback, but otherwise is a lovely place and great host.

    Amazing Ocean Access & Perfect Family Spot

    We had such a fun and memorable stay! The ocean access was absolutely the key to success—my kids (12, 9, and 8) loved jumping off the rocks into the sea while I relaxed in the shaded lounge chairs.The home had everything we needed, including a washer that we used almost daily (because: kids). As other reviews warned, we did pack light-ish since there are 92 steps from the street down—but the payoff is worth it. The private pool was such a treat! After swimming in the salty sea, the kids loved the "pit stop" in the pool to cool off from the 300 some-ods stairs up from the ocean. They would play while we made dinner.The views are breathtaking—truly unreal how beautiful it is from every window. It’s about a 15-minute walk to town (maybe 30 to the ferry). The walk back is uphill, so we usually got a taxi (around 15). The house itself is quaint and cozy with 3 toilets, which was super convenient for our group.The house isn’t fancy. It could use some updating and general maintenance in places, but nothing that was a deal breaker.Giorgia was a gem. From the moment we booked, she was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. She reached out to share helpful tips before our arrival, answered all our questions quickly, and even helped arrange a few local recommendations that turned out to be some of our favorite moments of the trip. On one of the hottest days, she surprised our kids with gelato—such a thoughtful and memorable gesture that totally made their day.

    This was my family’s first trip to Italy (me, my husband and kids aged 18 and 24). We started our trip in Tuscany, went to Rome and finished up on the Amalfi Coast. Everything was perfect! This property, minus the thousands of steps to get everywhere, lol, worked out well for our family. We each had our own space and having 3 bathrooms was a plus. We had the pool to ourselves, which was awesome! The best part was the view - absolutely breathtaking every morning! Being able to walk all the way down to the sea and jump off the cliff was so much fun - but walking back up not so much. One day we went to Capri and the boat was able to pick us up at the bottom of the property which was awesome. Georgia was very responsive and helpful, even went grocery shopping for us the first day to grab some essentials. A plumbing issue occurred with the apartment above causing leakage into our bathroom and a foul smell, which was out of her control. But, they immediately tried addressing it once they were aware. Proximity to the city of Maiori was great and we walked to/from a few times, which is a bit dangerous on the windy road with motorcycles and buses zooming by, but adventurous. Overall the stay was fabulous for us and a great workout, 😂! However, for anyone with mobility issues, this would not be a good place to stay and I would pack light because carrying luggage up and down was not easy.

    Property not as advertised.

    This property has a beautiful view. From the ad, it appears to be a private, secluded place. I contacted VRBO to ask for a refund for 2 nights of our stay, as we were mislead when making the booking that each of the two houses were divided into 2 apartments because we wouldn’t have booked the property had we known it wasn’t completely private. The ad makes it appear there are 2 separate houses (nowhere did it say each house is divided into 2 apartments). VRBO advised me to reach out to the owner for a refund for those 2 nights but they never responded. The owner's nephew was there in the 2nd apartment of our home for 2 nights. The first morning we went to our "private pool" & they were there talking to the pool guy (bringing him coffee). During the stay they were extremely loud keeping us awake most of the night the first night. The property manager Giorgia was fantastic in every way. She gets 10 stars! She reached out to both them & the owner multiple times. They did finally come apologize the 2nd night for the noise but it still continued to some extent. Giorgia was great in picking us up from the ferry, transporting us into town & giving fantastic recommendations of things to do & see. As far as the house, it is a beautiful place but a bit outdated. It's very roomy. The master bedroom mattress was so uncomfortable that after the 1st night we slept on the couch & loveseat the remainder of our stay. We didn't even bring this to Giorgia's attention because she already felt so bad about the noise issue & felt it reflected on her. The house was clean overall. The kitchen definitely needs to be updated & better equipped, as it's not just a few minute walk to a store. Also, it should be noted there are 60-80 steps to get in & out of property to the main road. So, an elderly or disabled person would have difficulty navigating this. We would definitely stay in another of Giorgia's properties that she manages, as she is a delight but this owner never addressed our concern regarding a refund for the 2 nights their nephew was there & we did not have privacy as the place is advertised.
