“Da subito il personale della struttura si è dimostrato molto disponibile, oltre che simpatico e piacevole, aperto a comunicare con noi anche attraverso altri canali (WhatsApp) nel caso di necessità o per aggiornamenti in merito alle nostre richieste. La struttura è molto spaziosa, pulita, con una piscina meravigliosa e molto curata. Nei dintorni c’è l’imbarazzo della scelta per i locali ed a circa 30min a piedi (molto meno con i mezzi), si può raggiungere la bellissima Seminyak Beach. Super...

“Struttura molto bella, ma versa in totale abbandono o veramente mal gestita. Il bagno della camera che ci era stata data non era stato pulito e le lenzuola non erano state cambiate ci siamo dovuti far cambiare stanza, la seconda stanza sembrava meglio ma comunque muri sporchi e trascurati, quindi un pessimo impatto malgrado gli arredi sembrino belli alla prima occhiata.Colazione solo indonesiana senza nessuna scelta per un europeo, a Bali secondo noi è una grossa mancanza. “We loved our stay here. The staff were absolutely amazing, especially those at reception. They were always well mannered, polite, friendly, helpful and went above and beyond for us. The breakfast menu was great, I ordered something different everyday and the food was fantastic. The villa itself was well maintained, clean, peaceful. We loved the private pool.
