Cottage Lin - 8 Mortimer Street

Goditi una vacanza romantica in questo cottage in mattoni di fango splendidamente arredato, privato e tranquillo per due.
Immerso in un giardino della foresta pluviale con ingresso indipendente, posti auto fuori strada e posti barca, questo cottage indipendente offre un rifugio appartato pur essendo vicino a tutti i servizi della città.
Sei abbastanza vicino all'ingresso di Mallacoota da sentire il suono delle onde che ti cullano per dormire la notte. È solo una breve passeggiata, su piste ben curate, a negozi, golf club e Bastion Point Beach. La rampa della barca dista solo pochi minuti in auto.
Le caratteristiche includono letto queen size, vasca idromassaggio per due, doccia separata, WC separato, pavimenti in legno con comodo soggiorno open space, zona pranzo e cucina con piano cottura a gas e frigorifero full size.

C'è anche un nuovo ponte esterno esposto ad est verso il lago e l'oceano con comodi mobili da giardino e barbecue, circondato da una felce con abbondanti uccelli e fauna selvatica autoctoni.

Situato a Mallacoota, sulla costa selvaggia dell'estremo oriente di Victoria, il Lin Cottage è progettato per consentire alle coppie di rilassarsi e godersi il meglio di questa splendida e remota destinazione turistica.

Caratteristiche:
Cucina indipendente e completamente attrezzata con forno a microonde, frigorifero di dimensioni standard, forno, piano cottura a gas e utensili di qualità.

Biancheria e pulizia: biancheria BYO o noleggio per $ 30 a soggiorno. Doona, cuscini, coprimaterasso e protezioni per cuscini, coperte di ricambio fornite. Ferro e asse da stiro forniti.

Armadio a muro.

Riscaldamento: stufa a gas, condizionatore split.

Vasca idromassaggio full size per due e doccia separata (acqua calda a gas).

Barbecue, ponte in legno e tavolo e sedie da esterno.

    Fabulous location

    Lin Cottage is in a fabulously beautiful location easy walking distance to walking tracks and beaches. The cottage had everything we needed for our stay and was very comfortable.

    Tranquil oasis with a sound track of birds and the ocean waves

    Amazing hosts at a property set amongst nature. A short walk to the ocean beach, or to Estuary beaches for calmer waters. A fantastic place to relax and unwind. A well equipped cottage, with everything needed to prepare a delicious meal or enjoy a cool drink on the deck, looking out through the bush over Mallacoota inlet.A well-equipped Cottage and very comfortable.

    Lin Cottage is an excellent getaway, a great place to relax and recharge. Lots of great walking tracks, wildlife, beaches and views. The cottage is comfortable and has everything you need. Highly recommended!

    Peace & Quiet

    Lin Cottage was perfect, views of the sea, bird life and walks right at our door step. The cottage had everything you need to feel at home and unwind and relax, every need has been covered. Nice linen supplied and a well equipped kitchen, whilst everything was spotless. Our favourite place was on the deck watching all the wildlife. Would stay here again for sure highly recommended.

    Great cottage in the most beautiful spot. Quiet and lovely to be able to hear the surf and be visited by wildlife. Hopefully we will have the opportunity to return in the future.

    Perfect place to unwind and relax

    Beautiful earthy cottage full of charm and tranquility. Bushland environment put us close to wildlife and birdlife, walking trails to beaches & lookouts. Not overlooking other houses or tourists, which was great. Beautiful views, had breakfast on the porch every morning, whilst admiring the bird life. Very well appointed accomodation, spa bath was a welcome pleasure for relaxation, the most comfortable, firm mattress i have ever slept on. A delight to be here, we will be returning.

    A tranquil oasis

    A delightfully cozy cottage overlooking Devlin inlet and nestled in beautiful gardens. All of the comforts provided. A spa, a fully contained kitchen in a clean, fresh and tastefully furnished home. The owners were lovely and friendly and we had the utmost privacy to relax and recuperate from Melbourne.

    Secluded quiet cottage

    The cottage itself was clean, tidy and had everything you'd require, like kitchen, small dining setting , comfortable lounge with TV. The bedroom had a combined spa and shower and separate toilet. The bird life and other wildlife was lovely. The key to enter was in a secure box and I had trouble getting the key out, I was successful after my 6th attempt. There's no complimentary coffee, tea or sugar so make sure you purchase the shopping before you arrive. I wasn't impressed with a half used bottle of off curled milk left in the fridge. The bedroom had clean sheets but I would advise to bring your own pillows as their pillows were hard the lay on. We had booked for 7 nights however we left a day early due to the fact there was nothing to do there. There are 2 grocery shops to buy food and plenty of places to buy alcohol but no place to buy new clothes. The time we were there, it was cold, wet and strong winds so we had no place to buy jackets. If the weather is nice you can fish or go for walks, maybe even canoeing but that's about it . If you want a quiet place to holiday well Mallacoota is for you. Sadly our stay wasn't that entertaining but you could mainly blame it on the weather. Oh yes if you are looking for a Chinese restaurant, go to Lucy's, best Chinese ever. Sadly our experience staying at Mallacoota wasn't our best time so we will not return.

    Comfortable cottage hideaway

    Enjoyed the bush outlook & serenity along with comfortable, well-equipped accommodation. Sitting on the deck with birds coming to the birdbath close by was a highlight.

    The cottage was quite dark but very comfortable. Not as private as we thought with public path and picnic area at the front but still loved the serenity and location. Owners were very friendly and welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay

    Peaceful and Relaxing

    Lovely property in a lovely part of the world. I have never slept so well in a bed that wasn’t my own…I think because the bedroom is so dark. The wildlife was really wonderful, lyrebirds and possums on the porch and dolphins showing off at the beaches nearby. A lovely peaceful place for recharging the batteries.

    Wildlife galore

    Fantastic hosts, location perfectly within a short stroll to the town & coffee. We had koalas walking within a meter from where we stood, kangaroos and a goanna walking down the path. Unit was so comfortable, we are very fussy with beds & lounges and these were the best we have ever had…. 🤙
