Ca Na Xidoia è una piccola villa rustica decorata in un'atmosfera confortevole e accogliente, di 75 metri quadrati con la camera soppalcata, sala da pranzo al piano terra, ha un camino facile da usare. La cucina è aperta come l'intera casa sotto forma di un soppalco. Bagno con piatto doccia completo. Questa villa offre comfort moderni e la fusione di arte rustica.
La cosa più importante da notare sono i giardini che circondano la casa, con la sua piscina 8m x 4m a forma di "Romana". Sia la decorazione interna che quella esterna sono state accuratamente selezionate, troverete in tutte le aree sculture in ferro e cemento di grande bellezza e originalità, tutte progettate e scolpite dal proprietario della casa. Nell'area esterna offriamo un ambiente caldo e rilassante dove è possibile rilassarsi sulle amache o nel letto balinese ascoltando musica di tutti i generi che la proprietà mette a vostra disposizione. Si può godere della terrazza coperta accanto al barbecue.
Si trova a 1 km dal centro di Alcúdia e 1,2 km dalla spiaggia, offriamo tutti i tipi di informazioni turistiche, percorsi, piani, spiagge, calette di tutte le meraviglie che esistono intorno a Ca Na Xidoia.

House was amazing. Ramon was super responsive and had great recommendations for us from restaurants, to hikes, to shopping, and even current events or festivals going on. Pool was a great temperature and made for relaxing afternoons. We used the wood fired grill once and made delicious burgers on it. Would stay at this house again and recommend to friends who may be visiting Spain or Mallorca in the future!

So close to Alcudia, but secluded in a way that made us feel as though we were in a remote finca in the middle of Spain. Ramon was engaging and responsive to our questions. I have shared pictures of the property and recommended it to friends and family.

Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub in einer gemütlichen, sehr sauberen, mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichteten Finca und einem traumhaft schönen Garten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten alles was wir brauchten vor Ort. Der Vermieter Ramon war immer und jederzeit zur Stelle bei Fragen oder Hilfe. Durch den schnellen Kontakt und Rückmeldung per WhatsApp bei Fragen fühlte man sich immer gut betreut. Wir haben absolut nichts zu bemängeln. Ramon begrüßte uns bei der Anreise persönlich und sehr herzlich mit einem Willkommensgeschenk und Erstausstattung im Kühlschrank. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!!!!

Awesome!!, very comfortable. Had an orange or tangerine tree in the premises with loads of fruit. Also an old fashioned wood and charcoal grill outside. We could bike right out of the front door and do all the famous tours in northern Mallorca. Alcudia was only 1 km away.

We really enjoyed our vacation. The house was very clean and the garden was beautiful. The host welcomed us personally, gave us lots of tips and answered all of our questions. We can definitely recommend the accommodation.

Sehr schöne und gepflegte Finca auf dem Land. Ideal für zwei Personen. Viel Privatsphäre und trotzdem sehr gut gelegen (5min mit dem Auto bis Alcudia). Ramon der Besitzer ist sehr hilfsbereit und hatte gute Tips für Ausflüge und Essen.

Great communications with the host, who was very helpfull from chek-in to chek-out. He also sent us many recommendations from market days, restaurants, events etc. The big garden is exceptional with a nice swimming pool. The house was perfect for two people.

Me and my husband stayed here for 9 days in August. The finca is perfect for a couple! The house itself is on the smaller side, but perfect for two, really sweet and cosy and has everything you would possible need, including some basics when you arrive, as well as olive oil, salt and pepper, bin liners, washing up liquid… all the little bits and pieces you don’t want to have to buy when you know you are only there for a few days! Although honestly, how much time are you going to actually spend inside when there is beautiful weather outside! The grounds around the house are pretty big and very beautiful with lots of interesting artwork, all sorts of plants and fruit trees (including a fig tree that we picked fruit from and roasted for breakfast with yoghurt), and lots of species of birds too! The pool is lovely too- I think it’s around 8m, so long enough for you to swim up and down at leisure, and not cold at all either!! As well as lovely, the grounds are also very private as they are surrounded by hedges and it is a very quiet area. Although fairly rural, it is only a short drive to the shops and beaches… I would say a car is essential though. Last, but not least, the owner is great/m- he came to meet us when we arrived and gave us a lot of info about the house, where to go to eat, local beaches and more! I messaged him a couple of times to ask a few things and he was extremely helpful! If you are looking for a lovely holiday with your partner with a private pool, that is perfect for two but also has a decent pool, then this is the place! It won’t disappoint!

5 * villa, lovely garden, pool and super clean. Plenty of outside seating areas and comfortable lounge. It is a perfect Finca for 2 people. Ramon the host was friendly, helpful and a pleasure to meet(even dropped us into town as taxis are hit and miss!) As the details mention the steps to the sleeping area are steep so if you have mobility issues it’s probably not for you, but we loved it! Thanks Ramon!

Vor Jahren haben wir uns entschieden den Hotels den Rücken zu kehren und nur noch Finca-Urlaub zu machen. Wir durften auch schon etliche gute Finca´s kennen lernen. Jedoch diese Finca Ca Na Xidoia übertrifft alles bisher da gewesene. Die Ruhe, Das Haus, Der Pool, Das Anwesen, Die Kunst, Die Abgeschiedenheit und doch nicht zu weit entfernt, Alles perfekt Und natürlich ein mega Gastgeber. Diese Unterkunft können wir uneingeschränkt empfehlen- das Haus ist wunderschön und super sauber, der riesige Garten einfach traumhaft! In ca. 10 Minuten erreicht man fußläufig die Altstadt von Alcudia. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt hier an diesem wunderbaren Ort, dazu haben nicht zuletzt auch die tollen Vermieter beigetragen. Vielen Dank an Ramón für seine hilfreichen Tipps bezüglich Restaurants und Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
