preiswertes Familienhotel
Unser gebuchtes Familienzimmer war geräumig und befand sich in einem der drei Gebäudeteile, ruhig gelegen und nur ca. Minuten vom Strand und Zentrum entfernt. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht und Frühstück und Abendbrot in Buffetform schmeckten uns. Zu den Stoßzeiten erfolgte eine Tischzuweisung. Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und fleißig, allemal Wert, ein Trinkgeld zu geben :-) Unser Mietwagen parkte kostenlos auf dem Hotelgelände.

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen. Es ist durchwegs in einem sauberen Zustand und das gesammte Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr abwechslungsreich und die Speisen wurden schön präsentiert. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer war aus unserr Sicht nicht ausreichend funktionell- die Zimmertemperatur wurde jeweils zu warm und eine angenehme Kühlung war nicht möglich. Der Fitnessbereich müsste aus unserer Sicht erneuert werden.

Hôtel 4**** d'un très bon rapport qualité/prix.
Hôtel adapté à tous les âges. En effet, un bâtiment était réservé pour les familles avec des enfants et tout âge et l'autre pour les adultes. Des animations étaient d'ailleurs proposées pour les enfants. Les buffets du restaurant étaient bien garnis et sans cesse renouvelés. Le personnel était efficace et très professionnel tout en restant très sympathique. Les chambres étaient propres et très confortables.

Beautiful nearby beach (3min. walk). There is a nice boulevard with shops (3min. walk). There is a lot to do, in the water, in the neigbourhood (like boat trips, palma aquarium, waterparks, beautiful beach, diving, snorkel). Nice people in the environment. It's a good environment for people who don't want to be surrounded by drunk, young, party people. Also the water at the beach is beautiful, very clear. We saw a lot if fishes and even a octopus.

Schönes Hotel und guter Lage
Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Die Zimmer sind modern und sauber. Das Essen war wirklich lecker, wer hier nichts findet ist selber schuld ;) Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns schon vom Flughafen aus ein Auto gemietet und waren viel unterwegs. Die Lage des Hotels war daher sehr gut. Man ist schnell in Palma und schnell in den Bergen. Zum flach abfallenden Strand waren es ca. 10 min Fußweg. Das Wasser dort war sehr klar. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und würden dieses Hotel weiterempfehlen.

Rundum zufrieden!
Das Hotel besteht aus drei getrennten Gebäuden, welche alle durch Quartierstrassen voneinander abgetrennt sind. Strand und Boulevard ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Zentrale Lage, gute Anbindung an Autobahn, kostenlose Hotelparkplätze vorhanden. Sehr nettes und gastfreundliches Personal in allen Breichen (Rezeption, Service, Küche, usw.), man fühlt sich als Gast sehr willkommen und wohl. Zimmer sind geräumig und komfortabel, Minibarkühlschrank ist vorhanden. WLAN muss separat gekauft werden, es gibt verschiedene Pauschalen (Stunde/Tag/Woche/Monat). Dafür funktioniert es aber tiptop und mit gutem Datendurchsatz. Abendessen für Buffet-Restaurant sehr gut, mit überschaubarer aber abwechslungsreicher Auswahl und schöner Präsentation der Speisen. Moderate Getränkepreise für Halbpension-Gäste. Kinderfreundlich. Kurz: Wir warem rundum zufrieden und würden wieder buchen.

Lovely hotel short walk to beach
Very clean, comfortable hotel with friendly staff. Room modern, shower excellent. Food great. Short walk down gentle incline to the beach. 3 blocks, one with reception, bar, restaurant, adult swimming pool, one for adult rooms and one for family rooms with 2 further pools and snack bar. We went as 3 friends and could not find fault.

schönes gepflegtes Hotel für alle Generationen
wir haben ein paar Nächte in dem Hotel verbracht. Es gab für Kinder einen sehr schönen Bereich, sowohl einen Kinderpool, als auch einen Spielplatz. Die Essensauswahl ist wirklich Spitze. Sehr großes Buffett, sodass jeder fündig wird. Das Servicepersonal ist sehr nett gewesen. Die Zimmer sind großzügig und renoviert, aber leider sehr hellhörig. Die Sauberkeit war leider nicht immer 100%ig, so lag über mehrere Tage ein blutiger Bettüberwurf im Zimmer, der von den Vorbewohnern so übernommen wurde. Trotz offenkundigem Hinlegen wurde es nicht ausgetauscht. Ansonsten gab es nicht viel zu meckern und der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm! Zum Strand waren es etwa 7-10 Minuten.

Excellent rapport qualité prix en achetant le package avion + hotel par Expédia. Accueil très professionnel à l'hotel. Le restaurant est très copieux, très correct en qualité ( à moins d'avoir l'habitude de manger exclusivement dans des grands restaurants) et le personnel au soins des clients. Seul bémol, la piscine ouvre tard (10 h) et ferme tôt (6 h) pour s'adapter à une clientèle principalement sénior allemande.

Dies war schon unser 2. Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. 2 x 14 Tage. Wir schätzen die Sauberkeit der Räumlichkeiten und die Freundlichkeit des Personals (besonders Magdalena und Joaquin). An der Rezeption sind Top-Profis. Das Essen ist sehr gut und der Kunde hat eine sehr grosse Auswahl. Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal. Ungefähr 300 Meter bis zur Ortsmitte und dem Strand (feiner Sand). 2 Pools im Hotel mit bequemen, verstellbaren Liegen + Sonnenschirm. Wir werden nächstes Jahr wieder kommen.

Wir haben uns recht wohl gefühlt
Sehr zentral gelegen, hervorragendes Essen, sehr freundliches Personal, schade ist aber : Schwimmbad ist nur von 10-18 Uhr geöffnet. Ich gehe gerne morgens vor dem Frühstück schwimmen, ist also sehr ungünstig für mich. Schade auch, dass die Straße mitten durch das Areal führt, tag und Nacht am Berg anfahrende Busse.

Good Hotel for Half Board in Paguera
Overall enjoyed this hotel, but not totally. Positives - very clean, excellent service from staff, food very good, only 5 minutes walk from centre and beach, excellent pricing. Negatives - very stark hotel with no atmosphere. Wet room shower in bathroom hopeless as water was everywhere as drain not big enough. Had to keep mopping up after every shower with towels. Air conditioning not on. It was mid April and certainly cool at night but require air conditioning as room stuffy at night. Pillows on bed need renewed as they were stale and smelly. Could do with a bit entertainment in evenings.

Good location for cycling holiday
The purpose was a get fit hard riding cycling holiday in warm weather on good roads,where all but the British understand European law of giving cyclists 1.5metres clear space when overtaking.Hired bikes from bike majorca,never again,in my opinion web site misrepresents detail of availability, and only 1 bike mechanic who is over stretched to maintain bikes generally 4 seasons old,hence bikes not in good condition,breakages,and poor adjustments.Fortunately a Canyon bike shop has now opened,with excellent service;book ahead.

Fantastic service and food, amazing staff.
A great getaway for a week. Food outstanding, very clean hotel, staff awesome. Beach 3 minute walk, kids club great, chilly pools in April! Lovely place would definitely return.

Hotel en retrait du front de mer dans un quartier résidentiel et calme. Chambre assez spacieuse et agréable. N'espérez pas avoir une belle vue. La nourriture est excellente , très diversifiée, un buffet différent tous les soirs avec des produits de très bonne qualité et bien cuisinés. Petit-déjeuner copieux , produits laitiers diversifiés ( smoothies,plusieurs laits de soja pour les adeptes). Une personne parle très bien le francais à l'accueil. Un bon point de chute au printemps pour visiter la région et Palma.

Pleasant hotel
We stayed 4 nights on an all inclusive basis. The room was clean and well furnished. The food was good, but the restaurant seemed a bit small for the size of the hotel. We had to queue to enter, even though it wasn't peak season. The other guests were mainly German. Hotel staff were generally friendly and helpful, the reception staff being the exception. On the last night I cut my leg on a wire that had popped out of the mattress. The next morning we stripped the bed and took the mattress off, making sure the cleaner wouldn't be hurt as well. We reported it at the hotel reception and the woman, simply said, " oh yes, this happens sometimes". There was no apology or interest at all.
When we informed reception about this loose sharp wire, we were told "oh yes, this sometimes happens". No apology or concern at all.

Modernes Hotel mit hervorragenderem Essen
Alles sehr modern und sauber. Top Zimmerreinigung. Grosse, moderne Zimmer mit schönem Bad. Sehr hochwertiges abwechslungsreiches Essen im Rahmen der HP. Leider nur sehr kleiner Speiseraum, was zu Wartezeiten führt. Sehr freundliches Personal. Außenanlagen sauber und nett gemacht, aber eher klein und wenig Grün.

Hotel SEHR GUT, WLAN SEHR MISERABEL
Das Hotel ist sehr gut, das Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir hatten nur Frühstück und das war lecker und es war für jederman was dabei. Leider ist die WLAN Benutzung aus dem vorigen Jahrhundert :( , man zahlt für eine Woche pro Person (nicht Zimmer), 15€. Jedesmal wenn den WLAN-Bereich verläßt, muss man sich mit Benutzer und Kennwort neu einloggen. Das Hotelliegt etwas abseits. Nichts desto weniger vier Sterne sind OK. Persönlich Paguera nie wieder.

Im Hotel sind alle unglaublich freundlich und man bekommt alles was man benötigt. Einzig das schon mehrfach genannte Anstehen bei den Mahlzeiten bis man einen Sitzplatz bekommt ist lästig. Der Speisesaal ist einfach nicht für die Anzahl der Zimmer ausreichend.

Great hotel in a great resort
We really enjoyed our stay at Paguera Park. Our room was modern and spacious with a large, comfortable twin bed, sofa, chairs and table - and a fridge for cold drinks. Unusual for continental hotels, the room had tea making facilities - no tea or coffee provided but that's no big deal as there are several mini-supermarkets nearby. Staff at the hotel were very friendly and genuinely seemed pleased to help with any queries we had. Restaurant was superb with a wide selection of good quality food to meet everyone's taste. One of our party had special dietary requirements and the head chef was exceptionally helpful in this respect. The hotel is a few blocks from the beach but only 4-5 minutes walk away. This means the hotel is quiet at night which is ideal for families with small children - or light sleepers. Paguera is a small, fairly quiet resort compared to nearby Santa Ponsa and Magaluf but it still has plenty of restaurants and bars (and probably a disco somewhere). Popular with German tourists so don't expect English football matches on the big-screen in the bars..! There are some nice harbours nearby such as Port Andratx that can be reached by local buses - reception staff will supply a timetable on request. Plenty of walking in the hills and a great place for cycling. The cycle hire shop off the main boulevard has some decent road bikes for hire at very reasonable rates. Great (if hilly) place for cycling and the local drivers seem very considerate.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit Strandnähe
Sehr schönes Hotel mit guter Ausstattung und sehr guter Küche. Einziges Problem ist die Lüftung im Bad,sowie die Möglichkeit Badesachen zu trocknen, da nur eine kleine Wäschespinne am Balkon. Hatten einmal das Badetuch über das Geländer des Balkons gehängt, bekamen prompt eine Rüge per Benachrichtigung ins Zimmer. Ansonsten alles okay.

Gut, wenn man das richtige Zimmer bekommt
Anlage besteht aus 3 Gebäuden. Eines u.a. mit Rezeption, Restaurant. Links u. Rechts 2 Gebäude mit den Zimmern. Das Ganze ist durch eine Straße getrennt! Unser erstes Zimmer war in dem Gebäude, dass direkt an die Straße angrenzt. Die Straße wird leider sehr häufig auch von den Touri-Bussen benutzt. Die schalten dann in der ersten Gang, um den leichten Anstieg zu bewältigen, dann wird es richtig laut, alles dröhnt. Nach Reklamation bekamen wir, zwar nicht wie versprochen am nächsten Tag ein neues Zimmer (war nicht weiter kommuniziert worden), sondern erst nach 2 Tagen. Das war dann angenehmer/ruhiger, weil dieses Gebäude etwas von der Straße zurückgesetzt ist, zudem waren wir im 4 Stock. Dh. das man muss Glück haben und im richtigen Zimmer landen, sonst macht es keinen Spaß 2 Pools (zu klein), werden mit Badehandtüchern besetzt, obwohl es nicht erlaubt ist Kleidervorschrift im Restaurant (keine Badeklamotten etc) wird nicht beachtet bzw. kontrolliert Frisches Badehandtuch nur für 1 Euro Reinigungsentgelt. WLAN 1 Woche 15 €, 4 Wochen 25 €. Kein Angebot für zb 2 Wochen. Empfang noch akzeptabel Restaurant zu klein, man muss teilweise am Eingang warten, bis was frei wird Bei der Reisesuche über Expedia wurde inkl. Bustransfer als Filter gesetzt. Haben wir leider bei der Bestätigung nicht kontrolliert und standen am Flughafen erst mal dumm da. Laut Auskunft am Expediastand in Mallorca waren wir wohl nicht die Einzigen mit diesem Problem.

A great hotel
We stayed for 7 nights all inclusive & had a great time. The all inclusive food & drinks were very good quality. The menu was different each evening & the food was constantly being replenished no matter how late in the evening you went to dinner. Food was always fresh & hot. Breakfast was good & all the usual stuff available. Outside dining space was limited & we were only lucky enough to get a table outside on one evening when we went at a later time. Draft beer, local drinks & cocktails were available. Waiter service in the lounge/adult area in the evening. Room was very comfortable & nicely furnished. Loved the walk in shower. The pillows were very flat but we got extras pillows after asking at reception. The air con was more like climate control and even though we had it on really low it only just cooled the room down slightly. Very quite though. The hotel is kept spotlessly clean. Good location, only 5 minutes walk to the beach & the main strip of shops & bars. An excellent stay & good value for the money.

Kein 4-Sterne-Ambiente
Das Hotel Paguera Park ist eine sehr gut renovierte Anlage mit moderner Note. Insgesamt macht das Hotel einen sehr gepflegten und sauberen Eindruck. Leider wirkt alles sehr nüchtern und kühl durch die überwiegend in weiß gehaltenen Räumlichkeiten. Auch mit dekorativen Elementen ist man überall sehr sparsam umgegangen. Dadurch fehlt unserer Ansicht nach etwas die Gemütlichkeit. Das Ambiente entspricht in keiner Weise dem eines 4-Sterne-Hauses. Trotz entgegengesetzter Bitte der Hotelleitung ließen es sich zu viele ältere, teilweise übergewichtige „Herren“ nicht nehmen, zu den Mahlzeiten (auch zum Abendessen) in ärmellosen T-Shirts zu erscheinen. Kurze Turnhosen, sonstige Sportkleidung und Flipflops waren beim Abendessen häufig zu sehen, ohne dass dagegen vorgegangen wurde. Positiv hervorzuheben ist die günstige Safemiete und das kostenlose Parkplatzangebot, während WLAN, das in anderen Häusern in Spanien ohne Entgelt zur Verfügung gestellt wird, unverschämte 15,00 € pro Woche kostete. Etwas ungewöhnlich ist, dass auch Gäste mit Halbpension ein (andersfarbiges) Armband tragen müssen. Trotz des fehlenden Ambientes haben wir uns aufgrund der Pluspunkte Sauberkeit, Freundlichkeit und Essensqualität zu einer Weiterempfehlung durchgerungen.

Lækre store værelser. Fin rengøring. Pæne pool-områder, der blev holdt meget rene. Stort flot fitness room. Masser af gratis parkering. Virkelig stor og lækker morgenmads-buffet med super service. Lidt træls beliggenhed og kedelig udsigt fra værelser, men alt i alt et lækkert hotel

Renoviertes und schönes Hotel in Strandnähe
Hotel war frisch renoviert und die Zimmer sehr schön sowie hochwertig ausgestattet. Zudem waren die Zimmer stets sauber. Das Essen war üppig und qualitativ sehr ansprechend, trotz der Tatsache, dass es in Büffet-Form war. Insgesamt ein wirklich schönes Hotel, welches wir jederzeit weiterempfehlen würden!

What a wonderful and fantastic holiday the Hotel ~ Staff ~ Facilities were just all amazing could not fault anything the meals were great in fact too great as I think, actually I know I have gained more than a few pounds... there is plenty of variety something for everyone.

Gran hotel de descanso familiar
Ha sido nuestra segunda experiencia en el hotel (2013 y 2015). El hotel está ubicado en una zona tranquila de Paguera con la playa a tiro de piedra. La localidad es muy tranquila, zona de turismo familiar civilizado (principalmente alemán y ruso). Las instalaciones son buenas, la habitación amplia y están dotadas con un baño moderno y una terraza. Lo más destacado sin duda es el restaurante y el servicio de todos los empleados: limpieza, mantenimiento, restaurante, animación infantil, etc. La comida es de gran calidad y variada cada día, felicitaciones al chez y a todo su equipo. El personal del restaurante muy amable y servicial con una mención especial para su metre. Igualmente querría destacar al personal de limpieza y mantenimiento con su gran trabajo diario y al de animación infantil integrando perfectamente a los niños de diferentes edades y nacionalidades. Como único punto negativo: el servicio de wifi es tercermundista propio de hace una década. No es digno ni aunque fuera gratuito pero que encima sea de pago NO tiene perdón. Me he sentido completamente estafado con los 15 € abonados por el servicio de 7 días en 1 sólo dispositivo, para navegar a ritmo cansino y ya está. Este asunto me ha impedido otorgar la puntuación de excelente.

Mallorka with Hotel Paguera Park
Very nice hotel with clean and comfortable rooms, good restaurant, friendly and helpful staff. Placed in 5 minutes walking from the Palmira beach. Free hotel parking. Expensive and very slow wifi.

Nice hotel for family who know German
We had a nice time, good and clean environment. My children enjoyed the food and the swinmming pool. The air condition did not work properly during hot nights and there were no fans to use as alternative coolers. Not all were hotel personal fluent with the English language as they were in German.
