The ground floor features the kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, a cozy lounge, and a bedroom with twin beds and an en-suite bathroom. Historic Pollensa offers numerous quality restaurants and small cafés. The town, rich in history, reveals its charm on every corner. The Sunday market is particularly vibrant, with local produce like fruits, vegetables, nuts, and spices.

A 20-minute drive away, Puerto Pollensa offers a wide range of activities both on land and at sea. Its bay allows for various water sports; on the beach, you can relax or, for the more adventurous, rent windsurfing, kayaking, sailing, or enjoy water skiing and jet-skiing.
