The Space:

Welcome to your modern and comfortable home-away-from-home, the perfect place to relax after a sun-filled day at the beach. Flooded with natural light, the heart of this single-level home is a spacious, open-plan living area where you can spend quality time with family and friends.



Key Features:

* Fully-Equipped Kitchen: Features a dishwasher, making meal prep and cleanup a breeze.

* Comfortable Lounge: Unwind with a TV and heating for cozy evenings.

* Family-Friendly: We've included a selection of children's books and toys to keep the little ones entertained.

* Private Backyard: A fully fenced, safe, and secure space for relaxation or play.



Sleeping Arrangements:

* Master Bedroom: 1 Queen bed with a private ensuite bathroom.

* Second Bedroom: 1 Double bed.

* Semi-Private Sleeping Nook: 1 Double bed, located in an open space just off the main living area.



Guest Access:

Guests will have private and exclusive access to the home and the fully fenced backyard. Please note that the garage isn't included. Entry is seamless and contactless via a secure lockbox. Your unique access code will be shared through the booking platform and by text message just before your arrival.

Located in the peaceful coastal neighborhood of Malua Bay, offering a relaxed and quiet setting just a short stroll or drive from local conveniences. Guests can easily access the Malua Bay IGA, located around 1 km away, perfect for picking up fresh produce and daily essentials. Just minutes from the property, Club Malua provides casual dining and a welcoming community vibe, while Café 366 is nearby for great coffee and light meals, with the beach close by and all key amenities within easy reach.



Getting Around:

Malua Bay is perfectly positioned for exploring the South Coast. Just a short drive north, Batemans Bay offers shopping, dining, and entertainment.



Other Things to Note:

* We provide all bed linen and bath towels for your convenience.

* The home is stocked with starter essentials, including tea, coffee, body wash, toilet paper, and basic laundry and kitchen supplies.

* Guests are kindly asked to please bring their own beach towels.

* For any specific items beyond the provided basics, we recommend bringing your own to ensure you have everything you need for your stay.

Perfect family holiday house

This house delivered on the memories, comfortable and cute, our kids were so appreciative of the toys left for us, and the kitchen was well equipped for hosting a larger family meal. Bedrooms were super comfortable just one doesn’t have door which is clear in the floor plan, but is a little loud. Although no aircon, the house was efficient with cross/breeze cooling and was comfortable in mid-summer temps.
